This experience is dimly lit and contains loud sounds, special effects, atmospheric fog and strobe effects. Some scenes may be too intense for young children or the faint of heart. For the enjoyment of all of our Guests please review our house rules below before your visit.

This experience features many stairs and narrow passageways and is not recommended for expectant mothers and Guests suffering from asthma, heart conditions, seizures or any type of physical or medical condition. Unhinged features stairs and narrow hallways and can be difficult for guests with mobility issues. The front garden show and other estate activities are available for guests unable to navigate the walk-through experience.

• Children under 13 years old MUST be accompanied by an adult guardian.
• No outside food or drinks will be allowed.
• Smoking and open flames are prohibited on the estate.
• Photography and video recording is not permitted during the show.
• Flashlights, laser lights and any forms of illumination are prohibited.
• Masks and face painting are not allowed to ensure that there is no confusion between our actors and guests.
• Costumes are allowed but must be in good taste and may not be offensive, objectionable, or violent. Any costume that presents a safety hazard for Guests or staff will not be allowed.
• Real or prop weapons are not allowed on the estate.
• Guests who show signs of intoxication or who present a safety hazard to themselves, others and the estate will not be admitted or may be asked to leave.
• All guests and their belongings are subject to additional security screening upon entering the estate. Large bags and backpacks will not be allowed.

Your ticket is a revocable license and may be taken and admission refused upon refund of purchase price. Ticket holders acknowledges all risks associated with this experience and agrees to abide by all rules and instructions. We reserve the right to stop the Unhinged experience at any time. Failure to follow posted rules or direction of staff may result in removal from the estate without a refund.

• Costumes are allowed but must be in good taste and may not be offensive, objectionable, or violent. Any costume that presents a safety hazard for Guests or staff will not be allowed.
• Costumes may not contain any weapons that resemble or could easily be mistaken for an actual weapon.
• Costumes may not contain sharp objects, pointed objects or materials that may accidentally strike another Guest. Costumes may not reach or drag on the ground.
• Layered costumes or costume props that surround the entire body are strongly discouraged and may be subject to additional security screening.
• Masks and face painting are not allowed to ensure that there is no confusion between our actors and guests. Headwear may be worn if it does not cover the face.
• In consideration of certain guests who are sensitive to such things we request there be no clown costumes of any kind.

Guests who do not adhere to these guidelines may be refused entry into, and/or removed from the event, unless his or her costume can be modified to meet the above standards.
