"Excellent!!!! When I first heard how much the hourly rate was, it was a little higher than average, but what an excellent job on all projects!! He made my bathroom look like new and got to the source of all problems. Knew exactly what he was doing and very very efficient. Never charged me for hours he was waiting on things - like paint to dry etc. In the end he found the cheapest way of fixing the problems. My deck looks brand new, and sturdy - will last a few years. Most importantly he was so trustworthy! I’d leave him at home and when I got back all the work would be done. I’m also extremely cautious with who I let in the house because I have foster kids, but he treated my daughter like his own. Built her a swing and me a hammock for free too. Great guy this Paul! "My old 1924 home was in need of an extensive repair and a paint job. Much of the old wood had been bare for over two years and my eaves were rotting away. I called several companies to get bids. A Home Maintenance and Repair's bid was fair and the process Bobby was going to use to paint my old home was the best bet for this old wood, so I went with him. Bobby Woods knows what he's doing in regards to older homes. He understands what needs to be done, how to do it, and he is not intimidated by the work. Bobby repaired and restored my old 1924 home and it is absolutely beautiful now! He was friendly and professional. The quality of his work is outstanding. He repaired all of my old screens and even built screens that had long since been lost! Most of the other companies I called did not want to mess with my screens at all.
