Lashinski Septic SVC
Our septic alarm triggered yesterday (Memorial Day) and it was time to pump our tanks anyway. I called another company first and their immediate response was to give me another number to have the pump looked into. I hung up and called Lashinski's and explained the situation. They said they would send someone out today to pump the tanks and inspect the pump. They arrived as promised and even dug up the pump tank cover for me as I had neglected to do that. Jim was courteous and explained the failure of the pump, quoted me a price and scheduled for installation tomorrow. Overall, I was very pleased with Lashinski's service and would recommend them to anyone in need

They are, hands down, the BEST septic service provider. Period. One phone call and they were here the next day. Jerry, who runs the business, asked me to plug all the drains in the house, either with stoppers or wet rags (to prevent any odors from leeching into the home). While he was working with the septic tank, he offered a variety of tips and opinions on septic systems and water usage. After he left, I did notice a small odor in the home, which was quickly dissipated by opening some windows. Prior to meeting Dan's Sewer Service, I was unaware of our tank's capacity: either 1,200 or 1,500 gallons. Normally, this would have left me vulnerable to shady services looking to make a quick buck by charging me the 1,500-gallon price when I actually had a 1,200-gallon tank. Not Jerry. He was very honest and told me that my tank was 1,200 gallons. In most other cases, I probably would have been stooped into paying a higher price. Dan's Sewer Service was excellent, and I would highly recommend them to anyone

Hudek Sewer Service

Mike's Septic Service
Had to reschedule due to equipment not working. When rescheduled, service came late. Service from previous year was incomplete so the tank pumping was required in successive years versus once every 2-3 years. So, the cost more or less doubled.

DANS SEWER SERVICE
Our septic system was overflowing into the basement and our plumbing professionals recommended Dan's Sewer Service to pump the septic tank. Upon arrival, Jerry (who runs the business) got to work right away and visually inspected the tank. He was able to determine that the septic pump had to be the problem and proceeded to replace it. He made us feel very confident and comfortable by explaining his reasoning and showing us the broken parts and how they were supposed to function. He cleaned up after himself and left us satisfied and relieved with a working septic system

On Christmas Day 2017, my sewer system started to slow down. The next day, I called Sewer Works II at 8:00 am. With below zero temps and an extremely cold wind chill, they came to inspect my system and found a faulty sewer lift pump. I had both tanks pumped and the pump replaced with a better pump than I was getting at the local home improvement stores. By 1 pm we were fully operational. Considering the cost and time spent, I will never install an off the shelf pump again. They were courteous, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company and will use them for future services

I called because the alarm was sounding on my septic system. Julie walked me through some troubleshooting steps that I could do myself. After following her instructions, I found that a pipe clamp had become disconnected and it was an easy fix to do myself. She saved me the time and expense of an on-site service call. I will definitely call again in the spring to have my tanks pumped, and would call again for any other work

After a miscommunication between me and the company, a plumber came to my home the same day I called. In fact the plumber came 4 hours after I placed the call. I wasn't expecting same day service since I called them mid-morning. Our home was built in the 1950s so we have smaller pipes and have periodic tree root issues. Ben cleaned out all the drains that normally need to be done and then offered to clean out the drain in the laundry tub. Never occurred to me to consider that drain nor did the other plumbing companies I've used in the past. Now everything is once again running smoothly. I would have called the company I used the last time we had this done, but they weren't listed on Angie's List. So I went with a company that had an excellent rating and was located nearby. I also received $10 off my service since I'm an Angie's List member so that eased the stress from the day! Ben also left contact information for the next time this needs to be done. I will definitely be calling Weld & Sons in six month for our annual drain cleaning. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone with plumbing problems! So far Angie's List has steered me to some excellent companies! Thanks Angie

Overall, Norblum did a great job. Their guy was nice, professional, knew what he was doing, and cleaned-up afterward. He even answered a few one-off plumbing questions I had (after he had cleared the drain). My one complaint is the cost: $135 for a 25 minute job is pretty steep. I don't doubt that is the "going rate" for this type of service in the Twin Cities, but sheeesh

Mike, however, determined the leak was only from the cap of the Spirovent Air Eliminator. He corrected that problem. He then explained in detail how my hydronic system functions, potential issues to watch for that he has seen in systems similar to mine, and options to consider in the future (my heating system is 15 years old). It was clear that he was very knowledgeable about these systems. I will use them in the future for my plumbing needs

I received a panicked call in the middle of the work day telling me that I had an inch of standing water in the basement. I was able to rent a submersible pump and clean up the best I good, but I knew something had to be done. I checked Angie's List and called three candidates, Steve was the only one to pick up. He told me that he was going to check and see if he could squeeze me in if the job he was going to ended up being short. Fifteen minutes later he called me back and told me he could come. Strangely enough Steve noticed his sticker right above the drain in the basement, it turns out he had last serviced my house (under a previous owner) about eight years ago! Steve was very personable and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him

I came home and found my basement flooded. I used over 10 bath towels trying to mop it up, and couldn't handle it myself. Injured hand, sick kid, no groceries. Ugh. SMH. Hani came at 4:30 pm on a Friday afternoon and saved me from a stressful stinky weekend. Turns out my tampons had clogged the drain. !! Gross for both of us to learn that. But Hani was polite, appropriate and understanding. And I know I saved at least $70 compared to the other guys, or the people who wanted to consider a Friday at 4 pm "emergency services." They do good work, and they are very nice people. They were just friendly, and gave me good information and helped me out. When I called to get it pumped, they said that they couldn’t pump because it was too wet out and it would wreck my yard. So that was good information. When the time came, they pumped it out and gave me information about my septic and kind of educated me on it. They were good people. My overall experience with them was excellent. Their price was fair. With regard to quality, it's all excellent, that's why I used them twice. Their responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism were excellent. They were there when they said they were going to be.
