Originally the service was to be performed on 11/12/15 because there were no appointments available but they were able to fit me in earlier which was greatly appreciated. The service person called when he was on his way, was on time, and was very professional. He explained what needed to be repaired and got my ok before starting the repairs. The area was cleaned up when the repairs were completed. I thought the price was very reasonable. I will call Rascher Plumbing for any future plumbing needs

Happy with sales staff meeting my needs. Others I tried didn't listen to what I wanted, and were expensive. Workers were wonderful working with the many suprises during the remodel. Multiple layers on both floor and walls, and we found tile under tub that needed asbestos testing. Good with daily cleanup, and punctual. Finished bathroom is so pretty now

THE SERVICE TECH'S AT MR. ROOTER ARE ALWAYS AVAILABLE, DAY OR NIGHT, TO COMPLETE A SERVICE CALL. FOR THIS PARTICULAR PROJECT, I REQUESTED ALEX TO COMPLETE THE WORK. ALEX WAS ON TIME, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE MADE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR A FAST FLOW TOILET THAT FIT OUR BUDGET. IT TOOK ALEX LONGER THAN EXPECTED TO GRIND AWAY RUST ON THE SEWER PIPE IN ORDER TO INSTALL THE NEW FLANGE, BUT THE ENTIRE PROJECT WAS STILL COMPLETED WITHIN A DAY AND A HALF. I WOULD HIRE MR. ROOTER (AND ALEX) AGAIN FOR FUTURE PROJECTS AND SERVICE CALLS

They removed old, outdated tile and installed new tile on the bathroom floor, shower floor, shower walls and backsplash behind the bathroom sink. The precision of the tile work is perfect. Fantastic! He put on shoe covers before even coming in the house. He worked quickly and very efficiently. He was very neat and didn’t leave a mess. He was even going to not charge me for a part that I hadn’t bought because I didn’t know I needed it. He did great work and made sure everything was in working order and met the requirements of the inspector. The work was done at an extremely fair price. It was approximately 1/3 of the price that Roto Rooter quoted me. I would highly recommend and would definitely call this company again

Discovered water dripping down into a basement storage room. It was Saturday, and that evening we were having a family dinner for my 87 year old mother-in-law, and on Sunday we had a party scheduled at our house with 50-60 people coming. I searched for plumbers who did emergency calls. i reached Pro Master and he agreed to come within two or three hours. In the interim I figured out that the problem was a leak from a first floor toilet (I had originally thought that it was something in the piping to the 2nd floor. Pro Master actually showed up in 90 minutes, promptly made the repair on a time and materials basis. Total cost was $140. I was extremely pleased by his responsiveness and professionalism. Pro Master is now my first call for plumbing needs

I was having trouble with my toilets backing up. Called Ryan, who recommended new, higher quality toilets. He researched a few brands and gave me several options in different price ranges, based on the color and shape I needed. He offered to pick them up and install the the following day. He called when he was on the way (8:30 AM). Ryan was incredibly nice, professional and quick. He gave me an estimate. He had to replace 3 toilets and the plumbing lines to them. He also did some other plumbing troubleshooting for me. He removed old toilets and cleaned up. Work came in right on estimate. I would absolutely use Ryan for any plumbing needs I may have in future

Excellent!!! From Rich fielding my phone call in the morning. This was after I placed at least 3 other phone calls to plumbers. After hearing that my house would be without water, Rich scheduled me in the early afternoon. Dale showed up at one PM. Right on time, in fact, I was late. We went downstairs where I showed Dale the problem. He agreed and then I showed him the 2 other areas which we wanted attended to. Dale went right to work and displayed a tremendously happy temperment. He told me what he was going to do and why. Since I am involved in machining and extruding metals, we hit it off. After 2 hours, all of our plumbing problems are solved and we are much happier for the experience. I would recommend Rich and Dale to everybody but not my enemies LOL
