"With this business, I believe the technician performed a good job, however I have concerns with how their office handles questions. One of the door springs had broken and needed to be replaced. The technician called in advance of the appointment I received and showed up on time. After an inspection, the technician recommended that the cables were also in poor shape and should be replaced as well. Both the springs and cables were installed without any problems. One difficulty I encountered was that a day after the work was performed, I noticed a potential issue with how the cables were adjusted. I called back to ask about it, but the individual answering the phone was unable to identify whether I was seeing a real problem or not. I was not allowed to receive a call back from a technician to ask them, but could schedule another trip by a technician where I may billed again. I disagreed with this approach and was told they would check with a manager on what could be done and call me back. I never received another call.show more
