His carpenters did an excellent job and the finishing work of the wainscoting matches existing exactly. I was also very happy with his drywall contractor. The drywall contractor made sure the employee he sent to do the work could match our existing textured drywall on the ceiling portion of the job. It matches perfectly! This was a relatively small job but I never felt like it was less important than any other projects Chris was managing. I'm very happy with Chris and Northrup and will hire them again. I recommend you hire them too

Added to the remodel was fixing some of the trim and ceiling where there had been water damage. Jason, who was in charge of the scheduling and project was great to work with. He was always communicating at the right frequency and personable to work with. Brent, Ryan, Gino,, the Chad's, and Char were all great to work with. Each was very personable, perfectionists in their trade, and dependable. The finished work is amazing and wpuld recommend Beissel's to anyone looking to complete work inside their house

After nearly 2 decades of frustration we have an area that is so beautiful that people frequently comment that we could live in it. With the excellent insulation we've added a garage heater which enables us to complete projects (painting, staining, etc.) any month of the MN year. As our home's first owner was also the builder, they created multiple long-term issues and those were solved by WFY during the course of this project - which required ingenuity, patience, and flexibility to address all of the issues and provide us with the functional and attractive space we now enjoy - who knew it would be such a gift? "It was excellent. Searched for a long time for a contractor who could correct issues I had with footings under my deck stairs rising due to frost heave and making me deck stairs and landing uneven. Most contractors never responded to my request for help. Owner Jim Funk responded immediately with an outline of how to permanently correct the frost issue. Despite being very busy building complete decks, he offered an opportunity to an employee to respond to my issues on a weekend. Joshua was the person who helped me. I was able to get assistance quickly. The work was done professionally, without disturbing my flower bed ( very challenging), with a complete description of the fix, and a very friendly encounter. "The deck job is finished in good term. MV Builders LLC is not a large company. The owner does the construction work himself. Hence, this company has no overhead and the cost for my deck project is low. He provides good sketch drawing to the city to get the permit. He and his workers install five diamond piers for footing. He also spent extra time to broke off the old concrete footing, so the lot looks better. The quality and workmanship of this deck is good. He and his workers go extra miles to nail the deck board with a 45 degree nail gun, so that the nail heads is not visible. He spent two extra days to get the job done, because of the heavy rain. I recommended his work to my properties investment club of 500 plus members. I heard good comments from two members already.
