They did an excellent job, the are on time, they clean up after themselves and they have a reasonable price.

They did an excellent job with tree trimming. They were neat and clean.they left the work site spotless.

Everyone was very professional from the arborist , trimming crew and office staff. they did a great job of trimming the tree and cleaning up afterward. Nothing was damaged in the process of doing the job. I would recommend them to anyone who needs tree care done.

They killed the weeds in our grass but unfortunately, the technician also killed about 40% of our grass as well as our neighbors. The technician who treated our lawn only treated where he could ride the applicator (like a riding mower) so there are areas that weren't treated at all while large areas of the lawn where he did treat are not COMPLETELY brown and dead. When I contacted Rainbow to let them know why I would be canceling, they confirmed cancelling our scheduled service but never asked how they could remediate or offer a refund. Would not ever recommend to anyone.

I don't think they put down enough fertilizer and I couldn't find any seed after the over-seeding. I won't be using Rainbow again.

The result is fantastic (see attached photo). The Rainbow staff clearly know what they’re doing. They very knowledgeable, easy to work with and accommodating. The cost was reasonable for the amount of the work they had to do.

They are consistent. They give me a 3 day range of when they are going to be here. I am usually at work.

They were extremely professional and reliable.

We’ve used them for a long time. They’ve taken down some large trees for us. They have always done a very great job.

The weed and seed destroyed our lawn, it was worse when they were done with us, then when they started. They grudgingly came back and replaced part of the damaged front yard with sod, and refunded us because they acknowledged what a disaster it was.

I have since been contacted by Rainbow and I am satisfied with the explanation and response they provided. I am currently receiving lawn care for the season and am happy with the service.

They were the most knowledgeable of all the people I spoke to. They were extremely service oriented and responsive. I would highly recommend them. They did not want to damage my lawn with a bucket truck so they used climbers instead, which I appreciated.

They were very punctual. When they came out to evaluate the lawn and stuff they weren't pushy at all and that's what I like about the. My interaction with them was wonderful. The work was perfect. I'm absolutely using them this year for fertilization.

They are so far doing well. The application was for a creeping charlie and they may have done two applications for that price. The crews were presentable.

Wonderful company to work with - very professional but on the expensive side. Very good quality of work. We have about 1/2 acre treated five times during the spring summer and fall for organic fertilizer application, spot weed control, occasional seeding and once a year aeration. Always professional people on the phone and in person and my yard looks like a pristine park - even with 2 dogs.

Excellent service. Very professional. Willing to meet at our house any time to check progress. Ethical - we paid for top soil and aerating program, waffled about whether we needed it and when they visited they agreed the lawn was doing fine without. Credited us the money promptly.

Did not work at all. Called them with pictures of many new mole trails after one week and they said they would come out for another $500

They were responsive to my request and willing to meet with me on site. They have followed up on a schedule of lawn treatments in a timely fashion. I also contracted for grass and dirt overlay in the front yard. They did a good job but they did it just before I had my driveway redone. I had asked them to wait until they heard from me but that did not happen. Overall they are a good company and I would use them again.

If I have any weeds show up, they come out and spot spray those areas. I really like that they don't spray a lot of chemicals on the entire lawn. My yard is looking great!

No complaints except that the use of the fertilizer burned out the yard by the end of the summer leading us to wonder if it was the provider, or the fertilizer used, or any fertilizer considering the dryness of the season. We have elected not to continue with this type of lawn care.

It is going really good; my lawn looks great. They do a certain number of treatments and charge about $60 per treatment. We had somebody come out to set up a treatment schedule. Making appointments is really easy; they call a couple of days ahead to let me know they are coming.

I have used Rainbow for a couple of years now and have generally been very satisfied. One example of how they do things a little better than other lawn companies is their "Keep Children and Pets Off" signs. Not only do they always put a date on their signs, they also put a specific time. As a dog walker I notice plenty of these signs in yards, but they rarely even have a date put on them.My lawn is in pretty good shape and plan on continuing to use Rainbow a couple of times per year.
