I recently remodeled my house and was sorely disappointed. I was a bit gun shy to try again, but changed my mind after being stuck ay home during the covid lockdown. I decided to find a new contractor, and was lucky enough to find Mark Besnos, the owner of Horizon Construction and Remodeling. Mark was able to make my vision a reality, which was no small task. He worked with my designer, Misti Riedel and I and had the patience of a saint. This time around, it was an enjoyable experience. I wake up every morning and walk out into the main living area with a big smile on my face. Before Mark remodeled, my place was so drab. I truly love my house and thank everyone for helping me

We hire Ideal Stripping do our parking lot in the city of orange!! We thought the price was more than fair! They're estimating staff was very fast and thorough. Pedro in the office did an excellent job scheduling around our busy parking lot schedule. They did 1/2 for parking lot and then came back and did the other half so that we would always have parking!! "Crew arrived on time, were very efficient, did a great job (no asphalt "oopsies"), left our project clean, and so far (2 months) the slurry is holding up better than expected compared to previous slurry jobs we've had completed. Project was private drive for 4 homes, about 4,000 sf. Crew cleaned driveway w/blower, sealed cracks, laid down quality slurry mix, and shaved down a couple asphalt bumps (due to buried pipes) to level out the FS. All-in-all a quality job and will look forward to having Landmark Paving come back in 3 years or so to repeat same.

"My overall experience was awesome.. Below is my story in full detail. I inherited my grandparents 5-bedroom home. The house was in hideous shape and needed repairing ASAP! For months, I called contractor after contractor, and each time I was given extremely high estimates. My remodeling project consisted of new double pane windows, new kitchen cabinets as well as new granite counter tops, and a refrigerator which appears as if it's hidden within the kitchen wall. My sister loves to cook, so adding an island would be a great idea. In order to reserve more space in the kitchen, my sister and I decided to have a "Rev-A-Shelf" installed. The bathroom was very very dull looking and definitely needed a major face-lift. Therefore; I decided to have new flooring, a walk-in tub plus a shower door made of all glass with brass handles and matching fiberglass sink added. Needed extra space in the den area, so knocking out the wall was the perfect resolution to my problem. The next task was to replace the Shingle roof that was 50 years old and had major leakage with the tar and gravel barely visible. At this point, I was not having any luck finding a reputable company to take on this specific task. Finally, a neighbor suggested Cosmic Renovation & Roofing. I took the time to do some research about the company and found out they have been in business since 2009, they are licensed and approved by Owens Corning.
