i knew it would take 3-4 hours with two guys and noticed an ad for $199 clean up for four hours of work. I purchased it and then was sent a contract stating that it would really only be 3 hours because they were going to bill my family for all the travel time, not only to the property but also back to the shop. I thought that they could still get the work done in the three hours, but when they go tout here, they spent 20 min telling me why it might take longer. Then i asked about the 1 truck haul off that was included in the contract because we had a few larger limbs that needed to be hauled off. I was informed that they wouldn't do any haul off. They did take the bags of leaves but i would've been happy to let the trash service take care of those. I called both phone numbers while the guys were out here to see if we could resolve it while they were out here, but no return call. The main guy that came out said that the owner always promises more than he can deliver so he isn't surprised. Very disapointin

The 3-man crew arrived as scheduled. They sawed down the requested bushes. They raked up all leaves and bagged them. They mowed and edged yard. All plant debris and grass was bagged and moved to the alley for bulk trash pickup. The crew is hardworking.

Took awhile to arrange a time for service. Disappointed that although the Wilson hours showed Saturdays on the site their first response was a curt, "We do not work Saturdays. Sorry." I've noticed since I first brought this to their attention the hours on the site have been reduced on Saturdays. This was a Big Deal for 8 man hours at $249. The crew showed up on time and worked steadily for 2.5 hours or 7.5 man hours and then had to leave since it was starting to rain. What they did was adequate but I was disappointed as I walked the yard today. None of the lower growth (suckers) had been trimmed from the shrubs, one large Photinia was much taller than the other, and the branches that had been cut had been allowed to drop into the shrubs/hedges which today appeared as dead material I had to remove. They did a good job of edging the jasmine on the walk and driveway. I wish they had cleaned up the jasmine edge next to the brick as well. Originally I planned to have 2 photinias removed but DJ said they could not accomplish that in the time frame so I scaled back the job to trimming, edging, and raking- not a high skilled job. Although I had asked for a quote from DJ for haul away he never responded

It went perfect! We bought 4 hours of work for $150 special. Arlean contacted me soon after I ordered the special and a time was arranged. They split the work up into 2 sessions because of timing and weather. They did exactly what we needed and our yard looked great afterwards. All the leaves were raked and removed from the property. We will use them again

I have a 0 lot yard. Original quote was $35. I do not have trees in my yard. Leaves were only in front yard. The man comes off as real honest, but buyer beware. He is very, very nice and seems eager to work (but do not let the smile fool you). This is not a professional company. The gentlemen ran out of gas while mowing the yard. I supplied him with gas. He did not bring enough bags so I went to Home Depot to purchase bags. He did not even bring a rake to rake the leaves. I provided him with a rake. He ended up picking out 8 bags of leaves. My total cost with everything including bags, gas, and services came to about $75. Not good; considering how much I had to provide and my yard is so little. It takes my regular lawn person 20 minutes to cut the front and backyard and about 15 to edge my yard

AJ's Housekeeping & Lawn
AJ's Lawn crew showed up on time and left my yard looking great. They came out to do a cleanup on whole yard, front and back. After walking through the yard with me and allowing me to point out the primary areas of focus, they gave a quote of $300 to clean everything up. 2 workers worked for several hours ensuring everything I asked for was attended to and even did some additional work to make the yard look great. They stayed until well after dark making sure that they thoroughly cleaned and trimmed everything possible. I was very pleased with the service. Would definitely recommend this provider as they do excellent work and are competitively priced for the service provided. After finishing I recommended them to our next door neighbors, who also hired them to clean up their yard, and were pleased with the service

I have dealt with many sprinkler repair companies since I had my system installed more than 30 years ago. I was very impressed with XL. Mario and his son came out to replace a leaky valve. While they were here I asked them to do a system check. They noticed that one station was not getting as much water pressure and located a leak in the piping. They were very thorough in their work- they did not backfill the holes before they were SURE the leaks were fixed. Replaced valve and four sprinkler heads. Adjusted heads. Fixed leaking piping

They did a huge job re-doing my entire property. My home is on heavily treed double lot (1/3 acre). They trimmed the power lines, cleaned up all trees of dead branches and hauled the debris, turned 2 dead trees into firewood, ground several stumps, removed existing flagstone and pavers for re-use later, graded and sloped the entire property, installed french drains and channeled an existing rain gutter to it, re-routed a septic sprinkler line, relocated an existing privacy fence and gate from the backyard to the side of the garage for a better enclosure area, moved a 30 foot section of fence to another part of the property line, made flagstone entry ways to the front door and back door, installed concrete paver area by the side patio, installed decorative rock around the entire house out to the drip line of the roof , then made a pea gravel pathway around the entire house next to the decorative rock (with steppingstones and a flagstone brick edging and landscape paper under the rock). Their crews are extremely hard-working and courteous, clean up after themselves, and are concerned that the customer is happy. I have already hired them for the next major job of installing the rest of the fencing, 175 ft of it. I highly recommend them!!

The deal bought in October was 2 men for 2 hrs.- scheduled to be done 12/8. I have a LOT of trees in my backyard beyond the pool area, the area is left natural without grass and I hadn't raked last yrs leaves. Luckily (for me) 99% of this winters leaves had fallen before AJ's guys arrived. They did an outstanding job. My neighbor is going to contact them for her yard.
