We had such a good experience working with MA Design for our Bathroom renovations that we just had them come back to complete two other large scale projects. A full Kitchen refresh as well as a brand new back yard which included new stone patio with propane fire pit, new trex deck with integrated lighting, and a fully screened in porch. This was a large amount of work (in a difficult space as our back yard is only accessible by stairs so all work must be done by hand) and we really weren’t sure on what we could fit in the area. Marc & Raquel walked us through the full design and gave us options to find what worked best for us, and we are thrilled with our results. Would highly recommend for any projects for your home, indoor AND outdoor. We love our transformed house!

- Beantown Home Improvements, Inc.Beantown replaced siding on 3 out of 4 sides of my house with Hardie fiber cement plank boards; they tore down an old deck and built a new one in its place; and they removed and replaced a sliding patio door. Very professional company that uses high quality materials and left me feeling confident that they would do the job better than many alternatives. Jim, the owner, was there to answer my many questions from the quote phase all the way through to completion and even afterward. His responsiveness is exceptional and appreciated. The crew was punctual and incredibly fast - I couldn't believe they took down my old siding and installed new siding in 3 days. Amazing. My house and new deck look awesome. I appreciate the whole company's professionalism, helpfulness, and friendliness. They registered my products and sent my warranties promptly, and they also gave me some good tips and pointers that made me feel more knowledgeable about my home and new deck/siding. Price-wise, I would say they are higher than average, but it's more important to me that the work on my home is done right, not done cheaply, and that the contractor is honest, which is why I went with Beantown for this project. I wasn't disappointed and would hire them again, but I did have to forego some additional deck work that I had hoped to have done because it was starting to go beyond my budget. Jim was open that the cost of decking at the time of our project was more expensive than usual, so I appreciate his candor. In terms of honesty and professionalism, Beantown is the best contractor I've ever worked with. If I were to offer any suggestions for improvement, it would be that some of the detail work on the siding (i.e. a noticeably rough cut on a siding plank in one spot above a small roof) and post-siding cleanup could have been more thorough. I'm still finding nails around my house, and that's to be expected, but there were also nails and debris left on my roofs. Not a huge deal, but for the cost, I would have appreciated more attention to those kind of details, especially when it's hard for me to clean up on my own. I also did not realize that the siding work was going to cause as much intense vibration as it did, and I did have a potted plant fall off of a shelf and shatter, so it would have been nice to have that head's up. Now I know for next time. Overall, Beantown is a trustworthy, punctual, professional contractor that does high quality work. I would hire them again for future projects

"Franca Services performed siding, trim and window replacement to the front of our barn, then finished the project by painting the new work. It was done professionally and promptly, only delayed by supply chain issues, and original project manager not estimating siding requirements properly (he is no longer with Franca). Once construction started, the work progressed well, the workers were attentive to the needs of the boarders and the horses. The siding shortage did result in a brief, but understandable pause, and a solution was worked out. The project had some tricky details, and the crew handled all of them to our great satisfaction, the job looks great. The front of the barn is good for another 40 years!

"Wow! We are thrilled with the outcome! We were talking quotes to replace our front porch with composite. Rob stood out because he took the time to listen to what we wanted and made some great suggestions. I had a sample from a store to give him an idea about the color and to seek his advice on the material. When Rob purchased the materials we needed he got a better composite than my sample because he listened to our concerns and knew we would be happy with it. "It went very well. Existing steps were replaced with granite steps and are guaranteed by J and R not to settle. Granite steps look much better than the previous steps which were not made of granite. The paving stone walkway comes off the front steps to the house and makes a gentle curve to meet the steps going down to the driveway. The curve is very graceful...exactly what my wife and I wanted. Mike and David, the two guys working on the project, were friendly and professional. Jim, who oversaw the project, responded quickly to our request for a quote and followed up to see if we had received the quote and if we had any questions. He gave us a time frame for beginning the work. They were delayed by a day beginning the work due to heavy rain but they kept us informed of the delay. When they began the work, they stayed at it until it was complete. In all, very pleased with the result and the way the project was handled.

"ProBuilt, Bill Ladd deserves a perfect ten! The craftsmanship and customer service of Bill and crew are superb. The project was to basically rebuild my deck,, and I asked to keep as much of the old wood as possible to help with the budget, which Bill did. Because of some covid-related issues, I did upgrade the flooring, but it was well worth it. Bill and his crew were excellent, always respectful, answering any questions, and cleaned up every night. "We would like to add to our last statement about one of there employee of Hwp Construction.. Silvanis she is a very good and hard worker and very helpful. She even have took my dry up flowers from my wedding tied a bow on it and put it in the vase that was very sweet of her my husband and I was very impress and thankful.
