I had gotten quite a few estimates for this project I envisioned, and Dan was on board with the project from the beginning. He invests his time, energy, and creative thinking before he’s hired to show his potential clients he wants the job and wants to work. Too many contractors just make the attempt by handing over a quote, and try to change your vision. If anything, Dan, his father Luis, and his brother Kevin, enhance the project with their vision, vast experiences, and creativity without sacrificing your goals. Dan was a consultant who took interest in meeting my budgetary objectives, and worked with me on less expensive options for materials. So, of course, I made the right decision in hiring EA Masonry for my project. While I was anxious to get started, Dan was, understandably, booked out for a few weeks before he could start the job. Other customers made the same right choice in hiring Dan and family! When it came time to get started, Dan texted me to say he’d be at my house first thing Monday morning, and he was! You couldn’t ask for a more pleasant group of guys than Dan, Luis, Kevin, and crew! Professionals are their middle name! Competent, highly skilled, and eager to please! When they finished the project, they maintained a very cleanly area. I would hire EA Masonry again and again! You won’t go wrong in hiring them, too

I couldn't be more satisfied with the continuing work done by Diorio Builders. All negotiations with them are fair and transparent. They have years of expertise in multiple areas of construction and can speak to you either in "construction " lingo or dumbed down common speak. Their finished product is superb and their focus is clearly on providing customer satisfaction. All my inquiries have been responded to timely and their design background was invaluable in the complete gut of my 1st floor bathroom. They are resourceful quick thinkers who can resolve all unforseen issues that arise. For example, when they were demo-ing the bathroom floor they removed 3 layers of old vinyl flooring only to find joists that had disconnected from the foundation. Rather than taking a shortcut by just laying down a new 4th floor, they reconnected the joists to the foundation and installed a buttress support system in the basement underneath. They could have charged me alot more for doing this but the cost was minimal bcuz they are intent upon providing the best product possible to the customer. Diorio B+C has also established very efficient relationships with a team of plumbers, electricians, masons, and HVAC professionals who coordinate superbly with them. I receive weekly texts from them with a schedule of arrival/start times for various projects. After the workday they spend time vacuuming and cleaning the worksite thoroughly. Also very impressive is the confidence and pride that they exude in doing their work
