I had Stewart Electric do my landscape lighting since they went out about a year ago. Terry had some great input as far as the wiring I needed (which was an upgrade from what I had), what to do with the transformers that would help to extend its life and the type of lighting that would work best for my house. He also replaced some existing lighting I had coming from a landscaping brick wall that definitely needed to be replaced. All in all, it was a fair amount of work and an overhaul in what I had. He and his son and helper came and did the job in one day and turned out beautifully. He not only met my expectations but exceeded them in his great (and creative ideas). Definitely very happy with the job he and his crew did (and at a very reasonable price). Definitely would highly recommend their service to anyon

1. The estimate provided was detailed and clear. The total for all jobs was supposed to be $385.44. 2. The work installing two motion sensor floodlight fixtures that we provided was done correctly and the fixtures operate well. 3. The incandescent flood lamps were replaced with LED lamps that we provided. The new incandescent lamps that were removed from the fixtures were not returned to us. 4. A return visit was needed to complete the original list of jobs because a part was needed for the front light fixture to repair the broken candelabra fixture. 5. Although we were not charged for the return trip charge, we were charged $40 for the needed part that appears to cost approximately $8.00. 6. The repair was done correctly. 7. The total charged and paid for the completed jobs was $435.44. 8. We were charged $50 more than the estimate

Mike Isbir walked the surrounding properties to determine the cause and source of the stormwater. The four man crew installed a catch basin at the back corner of the property with a 4-inch pipe underground connecting with a front yard stormwater pipe. They worked their way around large old trees with out damage which was impressive. The crew also added a swale filled with river rock across the side property line to capture and slow any additional water flow. The look is really a finished one. A second project was to eliminate water at the front of the house by raising the basement window wells, banking the beds with topsoil & mulch, and replacing limestone slabs & sealing the front porch. The entire project went like clockwork. They came when they said and were finished in two days. Mike Isbir and his crew are knowledgeable professionals. An excellent company

Adam and his team carefully analyzed my property, made recommendations and quoted me a fair price. The biggest change has been in the quality of the work and how they responded to every request without fail. I've never had anyone comment on 'how good your lawn looks' over the past 10 years. In the past two weeks, I've had several folks mention that "you must be doing something different because I've never seen you lawn look this good!"
