Legal Counsel

We are currently looking for a Legal Counsel to join us in 2023..

What you’ll do:
• Provide full contractual support to the business (e-commerce industry).
Draft, update and correct the T&Cs, policies and other legal documents.
Review and support the negotiation of a wide range of agreements and legal documents.
Identify legal issues and risks and provide legal guidance on a number of complex legal relations ( BtoB, BtoC).
Ensure the company fills out and submits all its legal paperwork.
Advise on regulatory changes and their impacts on new business development projects.
Monitor the latest legal compliance and regulatory changes, and communicate them to Nexway’s management.
Liaise closely with external lawyers.
Perform legal research and analysis.
Participate in Nexway’s continuous staff education / training program.
Archive and organise documentation arrangements.

To be successful in this role you need to have:
• Deep knowledge and understanding of e-commerce industry specifics.
• Commercial law, consumer protection law, digital law are ideally the main areas of your expertise.
• GDPR regulations knowledge is a great advantage.
• Bilingual French and English . Another language is always a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.

Tes Missions principales :
• Elaborer le Reporting groupe mensuel et les présentations financières.
Analyser mensuellement les performances par l’étude des écarts des résultats par rapport aux budgets, forecasts, etc.
Préparer, actualiser et suivre les budgets / forecast en lien avec les différents services de l’entreprise.
Déterminer les zones d’optimisation et aider les responsables opérationnels.
Mettre en place les indicateurs de suivi de l’activité.
Analyser les écarts.
Analyser les couts et le revenu.
Réaliser d’études spécifiques.
Participer aux diffèrent projets liés a l’activité du controlling.
Mettre en place, écrire et améliorer les process comptables et financiers.
Participer au processus de clôture comptable.
Supporter l’analyse et la gestion du cash-flow.

Profil attendu pour reussir dans ce poste:

Diplômes : contrôle de gestion de type Master / DCG / DSCG

Expérience : 3 ans minimum

Outils maitrisés :
• Indispensable : pack Excel.
• Utile : ERP comptable (Sage prioritairement) + outil de contrôle de gestion.
• Un + : outil B.

Sales Manager- E-commerce

Our “As a Service” Solutions enable user monetization through any channel, such as Online stores, in-Apps, Trials or Reseller networks and provide the operational infrastructure necessary to scale and comply with local laws and market requirements.

Nexway has experienced a rapid growth, thanks to strong and diversified partnerships. Now we are looking for a Sales Manager, an ecommerce expert who will be selling Nexway Solution through establishing excellent commercial relationships with new clients while promoting and contracting Nexway offers, while representing company’s interests at external events (conferences, business meetings, and webinars).

What you’ll do:
• Work with targeted accounts from verticals like software, games, SaaS, Cloud Services, Online services and content, Digital goods, Manufacturers, Retailers, Wholesalers, etc.
Implement and drive sales strategy execution and tactics to approach and close such accounts.
Establish C-level relationships with key prospects and generate demand for company solutions.
Manage complex sales processes: conduct discovery workshops, product demonstration, customer interviews, coordinate cross-functional teams to define the solution, manage the offering process (including RFIs/RFPs), negotiate business terms and contract signing, oversee solution implementation and ensure customer satisfaction.
Represent Nexway at conferences and events.
Generate accurate reporting of the sales activity in the company CRM.

To be successful in this role you need to have:
• Proven track record of sales performance (customers, managers, compensation proof); minimum 1 year of experience in sales with B2B2C sales over $100,000, which have long sales cycles of 6 – 12 months.
• Successful selling experience (C-level selling, multiple stakeholders involved, million-dollar value contracts).
• Fluent French and English.
• University or college degree in Business Administration, Marketing would be preferred.
• Experience in using CRM tools.
• Good business acumen, ability to read and understand public companies’ financial reports.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence multiple and various types of stakeholders (technical, finance, marketing, sales, etc.)
• Good experience in collecting and driving KYC processes.

The Role
Solution Architect is an ecommerce expert in charge of business projects and will guide the different teams to help clients achieve their results.

Solution architect plays a pivotal role in driving our client’s success and, ultimately, our brand’s continued growth. He/She investigates the platform’s technical scenarios to address customer business and technical questions.

He/She is responsible for overseeing ecommerce projects from kickoff to launch, coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create exceptional commerce experiences while managing timelines and expectations.

He/She will assist new business team to collect requirements, address technical concerns and questions, prepare and polish live demo of the product.

Projects/internal processes:
• Plan, schedule and push the business activities of allocated accounts and partners
Collect projects, features, marketing, and commercial requests from clients
• Be the single point of contact for Nexway customers business requests and new project demands
• Advocate and prioritize the clients project and requests throughout the organization to reach company objectives
• Synchronize and work across multiple internal / external stakeholders to reach business goals in order to retain customers
• Work closely with the sales team to help them sign new opportunities in the last stage of the closing funnel
• Good knowledge of the ecosystem (processes, interactions, and dependencies) of the solutions and services offered by Nexway (payment, subscription, sales administration & fraud, taxes…)
• Train and teach Nexway Center functions and features for both external and internal business stakeholders,

Operational:
• Monitor customer performance, highlight potential improvements, report of strategy and sales (qualitative and quantitative, KPIs)
• Provide strategic support assisting the CSM and BO (catalogue) team in accomplishing their objectives
• Support Sales team in execution of their operations by elaborating and presenting product demos
• Manage and coordinate Nexway solution onboarding for newly signed Nexway Accounts along with CSM & BO teams
• Master all the operational processes of the solution (Monetize & Nexway Center)

To be successful in this role you have:
