Mr. Hamilton is exceptionally knowledgeable. And his customer service is spectacular. I had an emergency leak repair for which he gave me a very reasonable quote. As he walked around my house he identified another leak! He quickly evaluated the cost and his guys fixed both problems in a matter of hours. I highly recommend their services.

I was contacted by Patrick Hamilton within 24 hours of my request. The next day he inspected my roof, in need of broken, cracked and missing tile repair, provided an estimate that evening and was able to start and complete the job the next day. The estimate was clear and covered the scope of work needed in detail. I did not have my tiles and was assured that the tiles used would be a match. Mr Hamilton provided photos of before and after. I choose Hamilton Brothers to fix my leaking roof for the following reasons. 1) Quick to respond to my request to look at roof (under 2 hours from initial inquiry to time Patrick Hamilton was on the roof and giving me an estimate) 2) quick to repair the problem. Job finished 3 days after I gave them a go ahead, 3) Good price...the best of the 3 quotes I got, 4) Good communication on the progress of the job etc. I think the repair ended up being a little more in depth because of some severe roof rot, then the original estimate but I did not receive any increase in price, which was nice.

Hamilton Brothers Roofing was so professional in their response & evaluation, which included pictures taken in a narrow attic area ( unlike several other roofers) to pinpoint & then...correct a recurring leak, in what was found to be rotted wood covered improperly according to building code re our Spanish Tile Roof .
