"Emerald did a good job regrading the side of my home so it slopes away from house to avoid water building near foundation. Concrete work was done to correct the height of the top step near foundation and the ground at sides of the step was regarded and a window well was installed. Grass seeds and straw were added on the regraded areas. All this was done for $1038. Another contractor I contacted initially quoted $2900 for the same project.
