Tip: Loftex have their own design team, engage them for designing your loft, it will make your life a lot easier. We didn't and suffered the stress of that.

Alex, the project manager and his team are skilled professionals and committed to delivering the highest quality of work and service. Their professionalism and expertise allowed us to carry on living at home with minimum disruption. The regular updates from Alex kept us abreast of the building progress and his kind and polite nature made the experience very pleasant. The project was completed within the agreed timeline and Alex has been very flexible and all our unplanned requests were accommodated satisfactorily.
