Workers that appeared to be sub-contracted did not preform some of the specified work. The concrete forms were not placed on the proper grades in some areas They did not remove soil every where needed. They did not install or compact 2" of base in all areas. The surfaces are not smooth. Water runs away from the edges in some places instead of off the surface. There is wire and re-bar beginning to stick out of the concrete. Concrete splashed on existing slate patio was never removed. The finished product cracked in less than a week. Brandon Cain promised to return and attend to some of the problems but he never returned and does not answer his email.

I contacted Mr. Cain to tell him there were several places on the fence where the stain had faded. He told me that it would be no problem for him to come by my house and touch up the bad spots. I telephoned him at 210-347-4588 several times to schedule a convenient time for this work. I left messages, but never received a return call. The work was never done.
Description of Work
Mr. Cain at Stain My Fence or Deck stained my privacy fence. He gave a warranty period of one year.

Brandon was very helpful in determining what to do and how to do it. He is licensed in Live Oak and easily pulled the forms and knew what the code required. The ENTIRE job--demolition, underlayment, rebar and forms, pouring and finishing the concrete-- was completed in one day--with no problems and an EXCELLENT finished product.
Description of Work
Needed my concrete driveway replaced--30+ years of wear and roots. Chose to use rebar vs 6 Gage wire mesh.

I recently used Cain's decorative concrete to finish out my outdoor kitchen concrete counters. They also tied in our kitchen to the rest of our exterior by matching and stuccoing the vertical surfaces and doing some accent rock work to match the pool stone. The project turned out beautiful. Brandon Cain and his crew paid attention to the details and we've gotten tons of compliments on the finished product. A job well done! I would recommend their services.

They poured and finished (stained and sealed) my outdoor bar and counter tops in an outdoor kitchen we were building. We also had him install a custom rock back splash on the counters as well as install rock to match on an existing support column. They also stuccoed several areas to match my current exterior existing stucco.
