Chris is responsible for the control of the company’s corporate and sales strategy execution, including sales framework development and implementation, sales pipeline planning and performance. A key component of Connell’s role is to ensure that all segments of Kaspersky’s businesses – SMB, Enterprise and Tangible – align with the business’ global sales strategy.

Connell joined Kaspersky as UK and Ireland General Manager in March 2019 and his role quickly expanded to cover the Nordic and Benelux regions, then promoted to oversee operations across the wider European market and also took on the role of Deputy VP, Global Sales. His fresh perspective on Kaspersky’s business has helped the company identify many new opportunities for development, and in January 2021 he assumed responsibility for Sales & Marketing in APAC as Managing Director alongside his deputy role.

With a positive business growth under his leadership, Chris was promoted once again in September 2021 to his current role, the Vice President of Global Sales.

Connell has more than 20 years' professional experience in sales and commercial leadership in various companies across many sectors, including Solution Selling, Consumer, B2B and Channel Sales. Prior to joining Kaspersky, Connell spent his career at companies such as Ingram Micro Europe and Australia, Tech Data and VIP Computers, working alongside brands such as Hewlett-Packard, Microsoft, Intel, IBM & Apple.

Morten Lehn

Morten Lehn was appointed Managing Director Northern Europe in September 2021. In his role, he is responsible for spearheading the company’s opportunities and initiatives in the market as well as strengthening existing relationships and partner support.

Before holding this position, Morten was General Manager for Italy & Mediterranean at Kaspersky since 2014. Prior to that, he was in charge of the company's entire sales team for the Corporate, Enterprise Consumer and Online segments as a Sales Director for the business in Italy.

Morten has been with the company since 2013. Prior to joining Kaspersky, he worked in various positions for Bludis, Unified Messaging Systems AS and Euroline AS.

Tanguy de Coatpont

Managing Director, Southern Europe

Tanguy de Coatpont is Managing Director of Southern Europe at Kaspersky since January 2021. He manages the strategies and teams, hand in hand with the local general managers of the following countries: France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Israel and the countries of North, West and Central Africa. Tanguy de Coatpont joined Kaspersky in 2007 and was successively Sales Manager, Key Account Sales Manager and Sales Director for France before taking over the management of the French office in 2012 and then of Southern Europe in 2021. Tanguy de Coatpont has a real vision of the cybersecurity market and its challenges, and believes that we have a key role in supporting digital uses, both for individuals and professionals in order to build a safer world. Tanguy is a graduate of the ESPEME of the EDHEC group and of the “Institut des hautes études en défense nationale” (IHEDN).

Amir Kanaan

Amir is the Managing Director for the Middle East, Turkey and Africa at Kaspersky. In his new role, Amir is responsible for strengthening Kaspersky’s leadership in the region by strategically promoting the company’s vision of spreading cybersecurity awareness on a national level. While also promoting Kaspersky’s award winning business and consumer products as well as the company’s Threat Intelligence services.

Robert Cataldo

As managing director of the region, Rob is responsible for the company’s sales, business development and marketing functions as well as achieving the company’s objectives for growth in market shares and profitability. Rob shares management oversight and responsibility for the public relations, customer support, finance, human resources and information technology departments.

Rob brings more than two decades of sales experience to his new role with prior positions held at impressive technology organizations, including Bromium, Gryphon Networks and Sophos. Preceding his role as managing director, Rob was vice president of enterprise sales at Kaspersky North America, during which he was responsible for securing enterprise customer wins and managing the B2B sales team.

Claudio Martinelli

Claudio Martinelli is the Managing Director, Latin America, at Kaspersky. In this position, Martinelli leads all of Kaspersky’s business objectives and operations in the region and is responsible for defining and implementing the company’s consumer, corporate, OEM/ISP, and On-line strategies across Latin America and the Caribbean, focusing on maximizing revenue opportunities.

Prior to his current role, Martinelli was General Manager of Kaspersky’s operations in Brazil, where he spearheaded the company’s growth in the country through the implementation of strategic investments as well as solutions and services that reinforced the company’s leadership in the consumer, SMB and enterprise segments. Before holding this position, he served as manager of consumer solutions for the entire region.

With more than 25 years of experience in managing sales teams in national and multinational companies, Martinelli has worked for companies such as SED International, TechData, MaxPrint and Faber-Castell. Martinelli has led businesses in both the retail and corporate sectors, and has contributed to the development of the consumer IT market in Brazil.

Martinelli holds a degree in information technology from Mackenzie University in São Paulo and a specialization in marketing management from the Getulio Vargas Foundation, São Paulo. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
