"When I was in Los Angeles getting ready to move to WPB, FL I looked up A/C Pros on HomeAdvisor. I found this company with excellent reviews. After a week of owning my new condo, the A/C died. I contacted HomeAdvisor for Premier Comfort Services. Representative Kate came and diagnosed the problem. She walked me through getting a new A/C system and gave me all the perks of having Premier Comfort doing it for me. The pricing was fair and honest which I truly appreciated. Kate deserves 5 Stars for her excellent customer care and service. The guys came a couple days later and put in the new A/C unit. It took them all day (8 hours) as they had to remove the old system from a very small tight closet. But they accomplished it and now I am living in comfort again. The guys were courteous, polite and prompt. They even sent out pictures of the diagnostic person as well as the technicians for the install. Very nice. That shows they care about their customers. 10 Stars really. In fact I had another issue in plumbing about 2 weeks later and I called Premier Comfort and they came out and took care of that issue also."

"I had a gas leak from my outside home generator that was reported to me by my yard maintenance company while I was traveling. I called the company that services my generator and they use Apex to service their customers for gas related plumbing issues. I called Rene at Apex and told him I need an emergency service call due to a gas leak. He was on it immediately. Shortly there after, the service man, Eddie, called me and was at my home and had turned off the gas supply. He needed to replace a pipe and did not have the part but assured me he would in the morning. The next day at 10 AM he called me and the repair was done and gas turned back on. I can't thank Rene and Eddie enough for making this problem theirs and fixing it immediately. Thank you Apex Gas. You now have another customer in Royal Palm Beach, FL and if I ever need gas plumbing service again, I will depend on you. Thank you so much for your diligence, response, and outstanding service in what could have been a dangerous situation."

"I had the occasion to hire KIPP Plumbing LLC for a pipe repair/reroute. I dealt with Angel the owner from the beginning; he was very knowledgeable about what I needed just over the phone. He arrived just as he said he would and explained to me what was needed and gave me a very fair price. When he arrived to do the job with his associate, Jimmy, they got right to work, again all the time during the job he explaining all and even answered my questions without hesitation and in a way I could understand. He was very professional and as was Jimmy, after they finished, they cleaned everything up and I was very pleased with the work, as a matter of fact he even took my advice on one item. If all the tradesmen were like him and his company, I would be a happy man, too bad there are not that many of them around. Believe me I have dealt with many in my lifetime. I scheduled some more work with him for a later date that I had put off for a while. If you NEED a PLUMBER, you best call him because if you don't, I do not think you will find a better PLUMBER who does this quality of work. I had contacted 4 other companies before this and I chose them based on the response I received and am I very glad I did choose them. Just FYI, I very rarely write reviews for companies but in this case, I felt it was necessary."
