Errors when sending and receiving voice messages
Please take a screenshot of the information from your browser console when you try to receive or send the message.
1. Open Console (F12 or F12 + Fn — Console).
2. In the lower section of Console, find information about the error.
3. Take a screenshot of the error and send it to us.
