We have completed over 3000 projects since incorporation in 1998, our design work includes home extensions, loft and garage conversions and new build dwellings.

We have an experienced team with a vast knowledge of the planning system, your Permitted Development Rights and the building regulations.

Once you accept our quotation we will meet you on site and discuss your project, we will also carry out a site survey, we will then email you the existing and proposed building plans, we revise the scheme until your happy and then we submit your applications to Planning and Building Control, we act as your agents and negotiate with the Planners up to a decision stage.

Both the Partners have a combined experience of over 40 years in the field of Planning, Building Regulations and your Permitted Development Rights.

We are the first company in the UK to be able to provide a fixed fee quotation for your house extension, loft conversion or new build dwelling, we aim to simplify the often complicated process of securing all your permissions to get you to the build stage.

Our comprehensive service package will take you from an initial onsite design consultation through to planning and building regulation decision stages.

Please note we were one of the first Planning agents in the UK to have been awarded Planning Portal accreditation, this allows us to carry the Planning Portal “ Smarter Planning Champion “ logo.

We are also Local Authority Building Control Accredited Partners agents, again allowing us to carry the LABC logo.

All our Planning and Building regulation applications are submitted through the Planning portal online service and the Building Control submit a Plan online service, where your applications are tracked throughout the entire process up to a decision stage.
