READ THIS IF YOU'RE CONSIDERING HIRING SRS EXTERIORS - SRS sided my entire house - two stories, 40 squares plus. Andrew, Moe and their crew were outstanding. Outstanding means different things to different people. So let me clarify. For example, when a specific part of my siding job got messy, literally, they kept me in the loop the entire way with pictures, texts and calls. When a part of the project that involves material expense for SRS changed, they were fair about how to resolve that expense. I was given the opportunity to QC every detail - when I felt something was not quite right, it was addressed. THEY CAN THINK ON THEIR FEET! We did a custom PVC column wrap around my porch posts. When it became clear that the floors and ceilings were not perfectly level and thus would create gaps on the crown and base trim pieces, Moe devised a seamless strategy to build up the trim pieces for a near flawless look. They were polite, respectful and understanding of my time as well as their own. On a big job, that is a serious juggling act. They were honest - they told me it was in my best interest to wait longer than I wanted, in order to get the best possible install/ product combination. They were right - the house gets compliments from our neighbors every day. Perhaps most important, they were fair. There were several variations in the quote, both up and down, due to circumstances out of their control and mine. We resolved these quickly and quietly. And their initial quote was in line with the competition. I can't speak to their other work, but I would recommend SRS for your siding job. I would use them again tomorrow and have already referred them to my colleagues at work.

Simply put, you will NOT find a better, more honest, more helpful, more easy-to-work-with, reasonably priced contractor than John Lee and his crew at J & K Home Improvement & Restoration! We had a "complicated" set of circumstances when our home was damaged by a storm, last winter. The insurance company sent out an estimator to assess the damage and, after the company recommended J & K Home Improvement & Restoration, I was introduced to John Lee. I eventually learned that John also does estimates for a variety of insurance companies (because his company is so well regarded), and he patiently listened as I described the nuances associated with our house. During our initial consultation, he was able to clearly describe all of the steps that would be necessary and answer all of our questions. Long story short, not only was John able to address EVERY single concern and request that we had regarding the eventual repairs to the house (including roof, siding, and a window upgrade that would have cost much more if we had done it at a later time), but he spent plenty of extra time making sure that everything we had talked about was addressed to our 100% satisfaction! He was also able to persuade the insurance company to cover more complete repairs than was originally specified by the first adjuster! In addition, when we had an electrical "hiccup" associated with all the pounding on the walls, John quickly sent an expert electrician to locate and correct the problem. He absolutely could have passed those charges on to us because the failure wasn't due to any mistake on the part of his crew but, instead, he picked up the unanticipated expense himself. It was truly a pleasure to work with John! He made a difficult situation as easy to manage as possible, and we would strongly recommend J & K Home Improvement & Restoration to anyone who wants to hire a quality contractor that stands behind their work and well-earned reputation!

I received four quotes from local contractors for a new roof. After reviewing the quotes, I believe that Amenity represented the best value for the money. A few items stood out: -The professionalism of Jason who was our primary contact. Very personable, knowledgeable, punctual, and to the point. I would highly recommend him to both my friends and family. -I was referred to Amenity Roofing by a neighbor whose parents had utilized them and had a wonderful experience. I am happy to report that I had a similar experience. -The reviews online were exceptional and I am happy to report that they are accurate! From the first call to my roof being completed was two weeks. Weather and the permit delayed us by a few days. The crew showed up on a Thursday morning around 8:00 AM and were completely done by 4 PM. Clean-up was exceptionally well done given how many nails and shingles they took off. Having four kids under the age of 8 and a dog, this was important to me. A few days later, Jason stopped by to do a final review and collect the final payment. Its been a month since the roof went on and so far so good! I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Top to Bottom Exteriors is fantastic! On a scale from 1 to 5, I would like to give them a 10. Hector was extremely thorough and competent. He met with our insurance adjustor at 730am to collaborate their findings. Hector worked with us to ensure that replacement and repair of our roofing, siding, gutters and fencing was done to our satisfaction, many times going out of his way to ensure color matching and design. He made many helpful suggestions to improve our home. We also contracted with him to paint our exterior trim and the results were expertly done and gave our home a crisp dazzling look. All the workers with Top to Bottom were polite, courteous and professional, answered all our questions. Without a doubt we would choose Top to Bottom for any of our future needs and would recommend the company to friends.

Jim scheduled an appointment for an estimate and came when he said he would. He gave me a verbal estimate and then sent me a printed one by e-mail the same day. He came with his helpers and did nice work. He was courteous and pleasant.
