"We had three companies come out and give us quotes for replacing our water heater. Ours was from the 80's and so not only did we need a new unit, there was quite a bit of plumbing work that needed to be done getting the unit and venting up to current code. Our tech who came out went above and beyond to walk me through the process, answer all my questions, and brought up points the other companies never mentioned. In the end BF Plumbing was the highest of the three quotes by a couple hundred dollars; however, they also included work in their quote. We received a much longer warranty with their quote and they also took the time to clean up and remove all of the old venting equipment as part of the quote. The tech was always on time, the office was great to work with and they were amazing during the install. He took his time to walk us through everything new after the installation and our basement was more clean after he left than we he got there. A few days later I received a follow up phone call from the office to make sure everything was running smoothly and to ensure the installation went smoothly. All around this was a very professional company. Our tech was amazing - friendly and I really appreciate the time he took to make sure we understood everything. Chad from Victors Roofing came to my house and provided a wealth of information and options to consider. He took great care to explain all the options, never once did I feel I was being up-sold or pressured. On the day the work began, the large crew were there early and took great care to protect my windows, landscape and surrounding area. The crew worked tirelessly, and were extremely respectful at all times. Doing a complete tear off roof project makes an enormous mess. I knew the crew would clean up, but to be honest – I was pretty sure I would have some work to do after they left, considering all the small items all over the area. They cleaned up the entire area, raked my landscape to grab everything and made sure trash the blew into the neighbors yards was picked up. I live in 3 acres, the wind blew stuff a good distance, and they got all of it. When they left, you couldn’t tell they were even there!!! "We had a clogged shower drain. After being contacted by Chris, he promptly showed up and unclogged the drain. He was neat and very professional. He got the drain opened fast. I have to say that I had an “alleged” master plumber come before Chris he worked for about an hour and couldn’t unclog the drain said he would have someone else come out but still charged me a fee for coming out. America’s Plumbing is the best, I would recommend them for drain issues."
