It was obvious where the leak was - it was big enough - though due to some crossed wires between the valves and control box, it wasn't clear which valve was the culprit. The patio that I have is settled and cracked. He is just going around taking up the slates that are loose, re-grouting it and fixing it. I gave Rich at Kerri Landscaping an open-ended (although small) job - I agreed to pay by the hour for as long as it took to get a job done (fixing a masony post by my driveway). He quoted 3 or 4 hours, and finsihed up charging me 3 hours flat. The work looks great, done reasonably quickly (I wasn't in a rush), for the low end of the price range that was quoted, with no payment up front. I couldn't be happier. I was having a problem getting anyone to fix this because it was just a small repair instead of a big construction job, but Kerri Landscapign really came through. Horrible! the contractor billed me just under $1400.00 for supposedly repairing the leaks on the pond but did not fix anything! The pond still leaks and I am out $1400.00. The contractor is so dishonest he promised to call and come back to check and the job. He never called. I called to tell him that the pond was still leaking and inoperable. He refused to come back. The system was repaired and I verified it with him beofre leaving. I then looked around and found my wood valve box cover was distroyed during the checkout which he did not mention. I understand it faaling apart as it was buried under 6 inches of mulch but I would have paid extra to fix it if he pointed it outshow more

Sid is one of the most professional and friendly people that we have had the good luck to find and work with. He is extremely punctual with his appointments. His Ideas and suggestions are fantastic. He has landscaped all of our terraces in the front of the house and also our side yards and back yard. There is never any mess what so ever after he leaves.
