I was not in a real hurry, as the elevator was on order, therefore, my schedule was flexible. Rob did have to re-schedule but, not a problem. Keith (Rob's assistant), actually did the work. He is very knowledgeable, friendly & efficient. When he arrived, he verified what we wanted done and made suggestions for improvement, at no additional charge. I've used them before for installing a new light fixture in our kitchen. This is the electrical subcontractor our builder used on our new home so, they knew the wiring already. They were highly recommended by our builder & I can understand why. I would definitely recommend them. As it is a small company, scheduling maybe a problem but, waiting is worth it

I Purchased a 1 hour labor special on 5/5/15, for $69. Electrician came the same morning, as they had a cancellation. The tech was very cordial, polite, and perspicacious. His name was Steve Schott. Craftsman Electric should be very proud that Steve represents the mobile face of their Company. It was a quick fix, and I am very pleased with all aspects of this transaction

Arronco Comfort Air
Our air conditioning went and Cody from Arronco came out, put in more coolant, but identified that our cooling coil was leaking. He ordered a replacement part that took a week to arrive. Since our unit is elevated in our garage it took 3 people and a fork lift to lower the unit and replace the coil. Arronco arrived on time completed the job and waited 20 minutes to make sure our air conditioning was working. Our unit is 10 years old but we had the extended warranty and we were charged nothing. We have Arronco service our unit every six months, they replace our filters and check the system. I wish all our service providers were half as good as Arronco

Very professional. Dan and Jeff have done two jobs for us, one a kitchen ceiling, and the other a pipe issue under our mobile home. For the ceiling job, they took out the old, put in new insulation, ramped up the beams, did drywall, trim, and paint (in my pic, I have to finish the grey, that's not their fault lol), and put up two new light fixtures. When they finished our ceiling, they hauled away all the old stuff, and cleaned up the floor. They are honest, dependable, rates are fair - Dan always makes sure you know where every penny is going, with a detailed bill. The pipe issue: Jeff took videos of the leaks under the house so that we could be informed .. before and after videos, which protects us and them. I really appreciated this! Repeat customer, and we would hire them again

Joe accommodated my schedule since I was in from out-of-town for just a week at my mother's house. He spent the whole day with us, prioritizing our list to get the critical items done that day & scheduling a second visit to do additional items. Joe is a true problem-solver. He modified the shower stall so that my mother is able to utilize a mobility bench in it now. He suggested several safety modifications we hadn't even considered. When he found a problem with the wiring in an outdoor lamp, he repaired it. If he noticed something that needed fixing, he pointed it out. That is exactly what we wanted him to do! Joe pays terrific attention to detail. He is very thorough & extremely considerate. My mother is thrilled to have him as her handyman, and I feel very comfortable knowing he will take care of her problems in a very fair & safe manner

This is the second time I have used Hunny-Do Services LLC. Cody Lawton is unbelievably good at delivering outstanding service as a Handyman. As long as he is in business, he is my Handyman. I had a very short window of time to have one piece of furniture put together because a new mattress set was supposed to arrive within a week of my contact. I thought if I had him do one kit at a time, it would take him less time than doing both, but he let me know it would be more convenient and cheaper if he did both at the same time. His bid was quite good (he gave me both a minimum and maximum price) if he did the pieces separately. Cody told me it would be cheaper if he did both at the same time instead. I asked him what the cost would be in that case, and my main fear disappeared. I wasn't sure I would have enough money to pay him for both at the same time, but the price was great. He even suggested he could wait for half, but that wasn't necessary. He arrived on time and went straight to work. He impressed me with his eye for detail and his professionalism. He takes his work seriously. When he ran into a problem with the magnet not catching the door to the pantry correctly, he kept working with it until it was fixed. It took him very little time to get the furniture put together. He cleared away all of the packing material as he did last year. Both my sister and I have trouble with mobility and managing bulky or heavy items. The care that Cody takes when he enters your home is the type of care you wish everyone would take. An added touch was his contact with me by e-mail to make sure the furniture met my expectations. He also wanted to know if the people delivering the mattress and frame had hooked up the headboard. He could not put the brackets on to attach the headboard for the bed since it wasn't here yet. The delivery had been rescheduled, so I let him know it would be this weekend instead of last. The delivery crew is supposed to hook it up if they can. Cody offered to come by and do the attachment if they can't. That is like the icing on the cake. I can't say enough good about his work, his fees, and his going the extra mile to make sure his customers are happy. I highly recommend Hunny-Do

I live in a mobile home. He will fix about anything. I have had him do a few things for me and he does excellent work, but he is little expensive. I wasn't getting water. He came and checked my water heater now it is working fine. It is an old water heater. He is prompt. If he doesn't come over right away he will always tell us what day he can be there. I think everybody in this facility uses him. If people have used him they usually use him again because they know he is good

Unlike another home improvement store whom we considered Lowe's would actually cut and install the molding that I had finished off for them to finish off the job so that the laminate would look nice in this bedroom. They were actually able to cut and put that in. The other home improvement store would not do that unless they were the ones that were providing the material -- even though I was paying for the labor. The thing I did not like about it is that we had some difficulty with some sliding doors in a bedroom closet and we had to do some adjustments for a floor guide for the sliding doors. They got some adhesive on the laminate and it did not really come up very well. It is not all that noticeable, but I can go in and find it. They were working late at night, it was getting dark and I guess the they just did not see the adhesive that they had gotten on the laminate. Unfortunately it did not come up entirely. They came back and tried to make it right, but it just did not come up. The interactions were satisfactory. Overall I was satisfied with it, I mean, you know, the product is acceptable. I had to do a lot of preparation. They did not mess up the molding and did not really mis-cut any pieces or anything like that. They did a good job on that. It was part of what I wanted them to do. I really don't have anything much to compare the pricing because we were limited because we wanted that flooring to match what we had done earlier in several other rooms so it had to be the same kind of flooring. I did not shop around because this is where we bought the original flooring and we were able to get a pretty good match for it for the price we wanted so I guess it was competitive. Overall the project turned out okay. It wasn't perfect and I would not say it was excellent. From what I understand and what I have seen before on jobs we've had laminate flooring is not difficult to do. It is just laying it out into a rectangle. There is a few little issues and the issues that came up they did okay with, but I had to go back and do some very creative things to get the sliding door problem solved

Other than sporadic thunder storms, everything went well. Darryl contacted me every work day to say roughly when they would arrive (usually around 9-9:30 range) and the crew worked from then until about 3-3:30ish. They power washed, scraped old paint, repaired some wood and concrete and patched glaring problems in brick. They used 2 paint colors, which involved some detail work in the dormers. All work was thorough and Darryl asked questions and made adjustments as they worked. Each day, ladders were removed from the house and carefully stored in a location on the property. Trash was not left around the lot. Darryl asked us to inspect the work right before their last day and when we sent feedback on a few things, he added some that he had noticed too. All work was fixed to his standard the final day. All of the workers were polite and respectful and the house looks great! We have already recommended this company to some neighbors up the street

After receiving 3 dfferent quotes from contractors, we chose Neil's. They helped coordinate with the Granite cutting contractor so we could verify the grain pattern before the granite was cut, helped layout a pattern for the tile on the wall, informed us of an existing irregularity of our electrical outlets so we could have an electrician install the outlets all at the same elevation before cutting the wall tile and put at an elevation to work with the tile pattern, modified and installed necessary plumbing to install new sink, fawcet and disposal. The job went smooth and was done in a timely manor
