The company would not honor their warranty and did not call us back after this. Mike agreed to come out and told us what was wrong with the deck. Even though he knew that they didn't repair decks, he showed us what was wrong and how to fix the problem. Mike was great, he didn't have to do this. He could have told us we needed a new deck and they would build it, but he didn't. He was honest with us. "Archadeck just finished removal and replacement of a two story outdoor stairway and landing. The material that they used was Timbertech.
