"Emergency door services are exceedingly professional and did a great job removing and replacing my 2 garage doors. Other than having to wait 4 months to receive the new doors- thank you supply chain issues-2 installers arrived at 8:30AM and by 1:15 both doors installed and working - including new openers. I have an old house with walls that aren’t all straight- after 2 days- one of the doors was having issues with a tensioning cable- I called and they sent one of the original installers back the next day- he fixed the issue with the cable tensioners. They are organized - pay attention to details- have a good variety of doors to choose from- very professional and totally worth the money. I saw an immediate reduction in heat loss and wind in my garage with the new doors. 4 months later I still think the new garage doors were a fabulous investment show more

"We called Jelly's Garage Doors. I scheduled a meeting with Matthew Jellison to get an estimate for fixing or replacing our door. He arrived on schedule and reviewed problems with the current door: panel needed replacement, door was hung incorrectly, photo eyes didn't work, etc. The current Genie opener did work and he recommended not replacing it. The next day we received by email an estimate for fixing the current door and an estimate for replacing it with a sturdier and more insulated model as I had requested. The cost to fix was $606. and to replace was $1035. We opted for the replacement because there was a bathroom above the garage and we felt there should be more insulation and a sturdier door so pipes wouldn't freeze. Danielle in the office was very helpful in answering our questions via email and phone as we made our decision. On replacement day a two person crew arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule. The work took 3 1/2 hours. During the installation they slightly reframed the garage opening, properly installed a low headroom track and springs in place of the old improperly installed tracks, redid the associated electrical work, installed a Clopay door model 9130 8X6'3, no windows, weather stripped, reinstalled the outside remote. They had discovered that the outside keypad for the opener was inoperable and they fortunately had a replacement which worked with our old unit with them which I purchased for $45. They were respectful of our property, took away the old door, cleaned up perfectly and spent time showing me how the new door operated. One of their motos is "No Payments until You're 100% satisfied". Overall I was completely satisfied with their work from beginning to end and would recommend them to others.show more

"We came home the evening before the service was done, &amp; couldn't get our garage door to open. We discovered that one of the torsion springs had snapped (it's 16 years old).&nbsp; I called the company at about 9:00 PM &amp; left a message with their answering service.
