Scott was knowledgeable and methodical when approaching repair solutions. He is personable and respectful. I will contact him first when new problems come up which need addressing.

Scott did a great job designing a raised bed garden, fence, and gate for our backyard. He is an excellent communicator who really listened to what we wanted. He was also able to give us some ideas which improved the finished product. He has done a number of jobs for us and we will continue ask him to do work when we need it.

Scott is a TOTAL PROFESSIONAL. He came in July, was very prompt. He looked at the project, then sent an email saying how long he thought it would take, and the price per hour. He's apparently very busy and said that it would be September before he could do the job. He was going to be a little late for the date we agreed upon, but sent an email that morning telling me that he'd be a little late as he was running a little behind. That was OK. He was actually earlier than the time he said he' d be here. He was very knowledgeable on how to proceed. He didn't waste much time in doing the job. The job was done quickly and within the time allowed. I WOULD hire him again. I really liked his motto: Some jobs are to large, but no job is to small. He fit my needs exactly. Others aren't interested in doing small jobs. Thank you Scott.

It went very well! Quite a complex job, trying to figure out what actually had gone wrong with the door and if it could be fixed. A few miscellaneous tools and some problem-solving, and Scott had our door fixed in an hour. Wonderful job, and a fun professional as well!

Couldn't be more pleased. He removed the entire door and replaced all wood and insulation that was either worn or rotted out. Courtesy Home Repair has done a lot of various jobs for us and we have always been pleased with the professionalism and quality of work performed every time.

We save up our jobs around the house (hanging pictures, fixing drains/downspouts) because there's a wait list for Scott. Cannot say enough good words about what an excellent job he does. Scott did a fantastic job. Good communication on what was needed and why. He told me what I could do to make the job easier - saving us money. He did exactly what we asked for, but also gave some excellent recommendations on what we might consider doing in the future, even when he told us that it was work that went beyond what he could offer us! Scheduling was easy and fairly quick. I have pretty high quality standards and Scott did not let me down! It looks so much better. In addition, Scott is a really nice guy and made it super easy to have someone in the house while we were working on other things.

Scott repaired a plaster ceiling that had suffered some substantial water damage, and also provided some minor bathroom maintenance (re-caulk the shower, fix a leak from failing valve-stems).

Another wonderful job by Scott! I called Courtesy Home Repair after my last great experience with work done at my home. My shed wall was waterlogged and mold was forming. I thought I was going to have to have new siding installed. Scott came over to look at the situation and said that the water was coming in from the roof. He installed new flashing under the shingles around the whole shed. Not only did it do the job, but it looks great too! We had to wait until the inside of the wall dried to deal with the mold and seal it. He also repaired some concrete flooring that was breaking up and secured some cabinet doors that were coming loose. Very pleased with Scott's work and recommend him highly!

I ALMOST hate to write a review for Scott .. other than he absolutely deserves that I take the time! He is a true gem! Reason .. he is already so popular and busy that it is tough to get him scheduled .. BUT it is SO well worth the wait! WHY? Because this man knows what he is doing .. he is professional .. he goes about his work but is SO kind and nice .. AND he thinks outside the box in solving various problems .. coming up with the smartest solutions that I would never have thought of! Then he finishes off my husband’s “Honey Do List” in a fraction of the time it would take my husband with endless nudging on my part (IF it could be accomplished!) .. all with a cheerful air! I call Scott whenever that “Honey Do List” is getting too long .. and it feels so good when Scott knocks it all off until the next time .. thank you Scott! The man is smart as a whip .. went wonderfully! Never have to worry about the bill .. the man is as honest as the day is long!

I called Scott at Courtesy Home Repair to do several jobs at my home. He came out to see what needed doing and sent me an estimate for the entire job. We agreed and set up an appointment. He arrived on time and caulked around the bathtub, installed 2 grab bars, tub splash guards, moved the towel rack to the opposite wall, repaired pull out shelf that had gone off the track. All were done beautifully! The tub looks brand new! Very satisfied with the work. Recommend highly and would use Courtesy Home Repair again.

Scott did a great job for us. The initial visit with him included what needed to be repaired. He provided a detailed estimate of the repairs. He scheduled our repairs over a 2 day period (patch work needed time to dry). The 3 times he was out at the house he was on time, friendly, responsible and thorough. He work effort and craftsmanship was A++++ We will definitely use Scott again for future repairs.

Scott is extremely professional and detailed. He does a great job, and I know that I can trust him. He did a wonderful job and spent a day working on my house for a variety of activities. His estimates are accurate and he doesn't charge more than his estimate (only less). Additionally, I recently worked with him via email on some issues I was having with my house. I moved into a condo that needed lots of work and Scott, the owner of Courtesy Home Repair, fixed all my repairs. ! He is prompt, courteous, reasonably priced and very good at home repairs. He has completed large and small projects and some unexpected projects for me. Scott showed me how to do a few things myself that saved me money. He took the time to explain things to me and gave me options. He is a creative problem solver and he found a few items that really needed attention that I was unaware of. Scott really went the extra mile for me providing great customer service. I will definitely be calling him in the future.

Scott was very responsive and his work was completed in a perfect, professional, respectful way. My wife had small children at home and a lot going on; we sent photos to Scott of the problem, he anticipated parts to purchase and showed up with them and completed the work rapidly and perfectly. We were lucky to get him on a day when it was rainy and he had a cancellation due to the rain, but I would have waited (and will wait in the future) for his respectful, valuable, expert help.
