The repairman was professional, prompt and the price for a house call was reasonable. You call in the morning and they give you a three hour window. He came in 2 hours. Not sure if this would work for everyone, but it worked out well for me. In addition the dishwasher was over 3 years old, but he realized that the control panel was broken, and this was covered under the warranty. Small type that I did not see on the warranty. They are handling getting the part and fixing the dishwater with Kitchenaid. I would never recommend the dishwasher, but this repair company I would recommend. Very professional

Everything went well. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. They schedule my repair for the same day that I called them. The technician was VERY quick and courteous. He diagnosed the problem in just a couple of minutes. He had the parts on his truck, and fixed it in just a few more minutes. He also explained to me why it broke, and he fixed the problem to prevent it from happening again. There was a screen over the outside vent, and it got 100% clogged-up and caused my dryer to overheat and burned-up the over-heat sensor. A gave them a "B" for price, because they may not be the cheapest service around, but in this case, I think you get what you pay for - honest, reliable, service

Great! I reached out to the company about a week ago. I spoke with Jim. I was able to describe the problem and indicate that I knew that the part would need replacing (I did my homework!) Jim called me back very quickly to indicate that he had found the part and could order it. He quoted me a price and I told him to go ahead and order. As soon as the part was in, I was contacted to set up an appointment to install it. On the day that we had agreed upon, David showed up on time. He gave me a call about 30 minutes prior to let me know he was on his way. David got right to work and had the part swapped out in a timely fashion. He checked his work and all is well! David is a very friendly gentleman, he is knowledgeable and willing to give advice on future appliance purchases. I WILL be calling them again should I need any other appliance repairs

A customer rep phoned me in response to my Angi request. I was able to schedule a repair for the following morning Nick and Sol arrived during the 9-2 window. They quickly determined the problem and in short time cut out and replaced the leaking metal drainpipe with PVC. They left the work area dry and cleaner than before. I paid a non-refundable fee over the phone at the time I made the appointment and paid the repair cost when the job was done. The cost was reasonable for a job I couldn't do myself. I will call Honest Abe again next time the house has a plumbing problem

Jim came in to repair the dryer and the washer. He gave me a price for the repairs, and to order a missing piece. When it arrived, turns out that it's not what's wrong with the dryer. He then proceeded to fix something different, and requested to charge me for more than what we had agreed on. within a couple of days, the washer broke again. The only thing that saved this review from being an "F" all over is that he promptly came back to fix it that time and accommodated my schedule, with no extra charge. I was not happy with the overall service to say the least. My original review had the overall service as a "D". However, Jim took the time to reply to my review, and to issue me a full refund of the entire thing (over 400$), which (he explained) is his way of saying the company only charges for excellent service. This speaks volumes for his professionalism, and makes me think this was an isolated incident rather than a true reflection of his service

It took about four days after the first visit. He said need it parts and it would take about three to four days. Came to fixed it and did a good job. A week later, the drier's belt broke, I called; the repair man came within two days; took another four to five days to come back with the part. The good thing about it, he did not charge for labor just the part. Overall, I spent anywhere between 190 dollars and 200 dollars. So far the drier machine is working
