Cavern Contruction and Joinery was excellent Jeff gave me a price and he came and done the job when he said he would and done an excellent job, and the price was very good too. l would highly recommend this company without hesitation. Also the process of my builder was simple and easy to do and they helped you through the process.

I GOT what I needed quickly from the website: a handyman. The site is easy to navigate, had opportunity to leave pictures of the jobs I needed taking care of, easily sent requests to 5 handymen and got quick responses from 2 of them, one of them declined the job.

Just a big scam app, do not trust them they will ask to pay fees on every job you express interest even if you don't get the job. After 3 weeks that I use the app they ask for 129£ fees even if I didn't do any of the jobs I been shortlist. AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS.

Hired a plasterer from my builder with over 200+ positive reviews. Came out paid upfront left them to it as I had to work came home and wanted cry. The job isn't that of someone who has 20years experience nor that of someone with 200+ positive reviews , there is a massive loop hole with the mybuilder community where people are paying others for good reviews my place was trashed , walls weren't done , had to get a plumber out as they had blocked my sink and bath with washed out tools , had to hire another plasterer from another company to put it right. Awful 1st time experience and will never use again.

I found it really quick and simple to use. Posted the details of my job and within a few hours I got replies. I chose Grand Alpha to carry out a set of grouting and sealing works to tidy up the bathroom, kitchen and downstairs toilet. Nigel was a clean and tidy worker and obviously had great expertise. I would highly recommend him and his company and will no doubt be using him again.

I got sick of asking local tradesmen for estimates and them not even having the courtesy to acknowledge that I had contacted them. Then I found the definitive website for those who need to compare estimates for works undertaken by quality tradesmen.
Estimates are well presented with details of works to be done and final prices which are invariably competitive. I will continue to use MY BUILDER, knowing that I will always get a good deal. Highly recommended.

Arrived on time gave a reasonable quote, arranged a convenient time to do the work. Team that completed the job were really good and worked very hard all day. The cleaned up after themselves and it was excellent. Payment was by bank transfer and very easy. Great communication at all times and just a nice polite competent team. Very pleased.

Request easy to upload and got replies within minutes. Had 7 builders willing to review the job. I was quoted price on the same day as job was listed and next day I hired contractor and he did the job the same week. Absolutely brilliant job done on a difficult floor. Will definitely be using this contractor for future projects.

I used a tradesman from 'My Builder' to do a job for me and he did very well. My Builder is easy to use, and only employs tradesmen with good qualifications. I have used them several times, so I always come back.

Booked Richie to decorate 2 rooms in my elderly relatives house. He was great. Arrived on time each day and left each evening leaving her place tidy . He was both friendly and professional and done a great job

The guy that we used was by default as he was the only one to reply. He turned up, looked at the work to be done and completed it within an hour. Charged what was a reasonable fee for the work carried out. Will be using him again and would recommend to others.

Bird interiors and Rendering Newquay have done a fantastic job rendering gable end of house. Can't fault Harry and his partner from beginning to end of job. Communication great, job completed exactly as said for what I consider to be very competitive price considering quality of work. Left everything clean and tidy. Had a paving job carried out. All seemed good.
There were some small finishing jobs need carrying out. This did not happen, sent emails, phone calls and letter no response. I was left with a builders rubble blocked outdoor drain and back door step paving not fixed with mortar flaking off. I trusted the company and paid before final jobs, beware.

I am 89 years old and feel somewhat helpless when things go wrong in my home. I was satisfied with the work undertaken by the tradesman I booked through Mybuilder.
He retiled my downstairs toilet after it has been broken down due to flooding by a burst pipe. I feel some reassuarance in booking an unknown workman through my builder as they have something to lose, I presume Mybuilder would back me up if I did have bad experience.

I was looking for a DIY helper for tasks we needed help with like hanging a large mirror, assembling a wardrobe, fixing chairs etc I came across my builder and put my request forward and hit a match of a joiner who offered his help. We were very pleased with the service and resolution and help for all the tasks that got done so would use this site again.

Assessment visit and the installation of the VELUX window was first class.
I did feel that the communication between myself and the company was below par. Calls not being answered, not responding to voicemails and a text demanding payment.

Have used MyBuilder many times now and it has never let me down, always managed to get competitive quotes and reliable tradespeople. Takes all the effort away in searching for the right people. So far had bathroom, kitchen, plastering, fencing, and recently 2 complete windows replaced.

I received several responses to my fence replacement but was fortunately able to have it repaired instead of replaced. All companies I dealt with were very helpful. I have also used My Builder previously and would do so again

The builder made an excellent job of my conservatory but have wet coming in through the windows and door. Also from the roof. Sent him a video on 1st November but he hasn’t fixed it
