      How to stop interface opening when computer starts?

      Hello @Nikolahh, Welcome! Thank you for posting & the information! We have Kaspersky Plus on Windows 10 - the only time the Kaspersky Plus interface/GUI opens is when we physically open it, by selecting it, from the Windows hidden icons - but K+ is actually active & running in the background, it's seamless - perhaps there's a Windows setting that's the issue - have you checked? Re installing Kaspersky Anti-Virus, (1) - did you ask Kaspersky support? (2), Kaspersky Anti-Virus license matches Kaspersky Basic; Kaspersky Internet Security matches Kaspersky Standard - refer: Kaspersky: Basic, Standard, Plus, Premium - info & FAQ - by Danila T.       How to stop interface opening when computer starts?

      Hey, same thing here!! Kaspersky main window opening on every startup. So annoying. I have Kaskersky Standard on Windows 11. I contacted the Kaspersky support and they said it is not possible to stop this window from opening on start-up. I'm considering installing the previous version ("Kaspersky Anti-Virus" in this case), but I'm not sure if I will be able to use the current license.

El día de hoy a las 05:37 am fue respondido su mensaje por parte de nuestro equipo postventa como se describe a continuación: "Estimado cliente, Gracias por contactar al soporte de Kaspersky, Verificando la informacion enviada, en nuestro sistema aparece que su codigo de activacion fue renovado el dia 10/11/2022, por lo que este se encuentra activo. es solo colocarlo en su producto en caso lo haya eliminado y activar el mismo. Si tiene más dudas o si su problema fue resuelto, por favor avíseme respondiendo este email. Gracias" Con lo que su caso ya recibió respuesta y el estado del mismo es "En espera de la respuesta del cliente". Tener en cuenta que si no se da respuesta en los siguientes 5 días, nuestro sistema dará cierre automático al caso como resuelto. Moderadores, por favor cerrar este hilo. Muchas gracias.

      Fallo en alerta - Virus Scan

      Gracias por su mensaje. El servidor de administración está muy desactualizado. La primer recomendación es la de solicitar asistencia con su distribuidor de Kaspersky en su región para realizar la migración a la versión más reciente (14 en Security Center, 11.11 en Kaspersky Endpoint). Si su licencia es vigente, tiene derecho de acceso, descarga, uso y soporte técnico de las aplicaciones cubiertas con su licencia. La frecuencia es muy continua. Se recomienda que esta tarea en particular se ejecute al menos una vez a la semana, ya que al definir la frecuencia varias veces al día, se corren riesgos a nivel de desempeño. Si su preferencia es la de ejecutar la tarea de forma constante, recomendamos ejecutar la misma cada dos o tres días. Esto, reducirá la carga de operación del producto. En cuanto al problema en mención, por favor revise: 1. Si en las propiedades de la tarea, sección "Frecuencia", el cuadro de texto que detiene la tarea si se tarda X minutos está activado y definido. Si lo está, por favor desmarque ese ítem. 2. Si en las propiedades de la tarea, sección "alcance" se encuentran incluidos: - Discos Extraibles - Unidades de Red Si lo están, por favor desactívelos. 3. Si en las propiedades de la tarea, sección "Configuración" las opciones relacionadas con la optimización de recursos están activadas. Evite analizar archivos protegidos con contraseña y/o archivos de base de datos de correos PST.       KTS does not update database on Windows 11 22H2

      Hello @PHBeeny, Welcome! Please do the following: Make sure you have the KTS Activation code. Create a System restore point: refer: How to create a restore point in Windows. Open KTS, select Settings⚙, select Manage settings, select Export, save the KTS configuration file. Uninstall KTS, during the uninstall select Save License information *only*, do not check any other check boxes, leave all other check boxes blank - allow the uninstall to complete & make sure the computer reboots. Download a new KTS installer - Kaspersky Total Security for Windows® - from the dropdown list - please select Brazil. Install KTS, follow: How to install Kaspersky Total Security & at the completion of the install make sure (you) shutdown the computer, using Shutdown, not Restart, power on by pressing the power button, login. Run a manual Database update. Check the KTS version & patch(x) - on the Windows taskbar or hidden icons, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select About? Run a KTS Full scan - allow it to complete?       License downgrade

      Unfortunately my friend won't be able to use all the features of KASPERSKY PLUS on his pc. KASPERSKY VPN will not be Unlimited, as they said. unfortunately better change option.

      Hi @securemarc, das automatische Upgrade wurde ja durch das Setzen eines Registrywerts verhindert. Setzen lässt sich dieser natürlich nach wie vor, nur ob er noch wirkt wird nirgends erwähnt. Selbst testen kann ich es nicht, meine MR8 ist die aktuellste Version. Und wann ein automatisches Upgrade kommen würde ist auch unklar... Hast Du etwas über die Gültigkeit Deines Keys erfahren? Kannst Du damit das Upgrade wagen?
