Very professional. I love how my yard looks. Especially my wife and kids. I would recommend them. Thank you and Aloha

RandRbrothersConcrete Inc
R&R brothers did a great job in redoing my driveway concrete. They did exactly what I asked for. They were professional and hard working. The price that they gave me was fair compared to all the other quotes I got from other companies. I will be hiring them again.

Henry Concrete
I have hired Henry Concrete several times to: 1) Pour concrete sidewalks and paths. 2) Landscape my property. 3) Install large landscape boulders. I was very satisfied with the results. The pricing seemed fair. The owner is honest, speaks good english, shows up on time, works hard and does beautiful work. He seems to have experience with jobs of all different types and sizes from small residential to comercial. He made several suggestions on my plans. He seems to really know how to work with concrete

A.P. Concrete
The patio was poured in February 2018. Had I reviewed them then they probably would have gotten straight As. Unfortunately after less then 4 months the patio is cracking. I reached out to Abe and he finally returned my email saying cement cracks and basically there was nothing he could do. I understand the cement cracks but in under 4 months? I have a porch and sidewalk that was poured in 2009 and not one crack on it

Classic 1 Concrete
My driveway is a dream. No more walking in the mud to get to my house! I love it. My project was done on time. On budget and no issues. For my backyard I feel like I've been on hgtv's yard crashers. Another great project done on time, on budget and Jesse helped me pick out the stamp and color for the new slab. People come over and can't believe the before and after of my back yard. It's too bad you can't put pictures in so you can see how beautiful my new stamped patio is! I love i

Jesus Salvidar Concrete/Landscape/Patio/Decks
Jesus gave a fair bid and schedule straight away. Most other bidders tried charging us the customary large home tax by doubling or tripling the price of the job along with unknown schedules and no guarantees on completion dates (which we needed due to tight schedules). His team came in very quickly and in short burst of work over a few days was able to prepare, grade, pour, stamp and seal the job. The work came out very good with only a few minor issues. One was partially my fault, I did not specify to him the direction of the stamping to match pavers in other parks of the yard. The other was minor imperfections when doing the stress relief lines were not super prefect...but hey it is a side yard and there will be a boat parked on top of it...besides no one notices it at all (and I am very nit-picky...I work as a product designer). The only challenge you may find is his communication skills, my Spanish stinks and his English is very basic. Because of that, along with the huge demand on his crew with so many jobs going, you may find yourself wondering where he is at when he said he would show up at noon. Typically it is his crew doing extra little things at other projects...he is in high demand so it is difficult for him to balance his schedules...but he got our project done exactly when we needed it and the quality of work spoke for itself

Green Planet Landscape
Green Planet Landscaping, Alan Arnold, designed our rear yard landscaping and patio. We were very pleased with the design. Alan listened to all our concerns and wishes and incorporated them into the plans. The stamped concrete patio and sidewalk are beautiful, the quality and design make for a continuation from our home to the outside that is very pleasing. The entire process of readying for the concrete indicated that the patio will be in place for a lifetime. Green Planet's crew was very professional and even cleaned up on a daily basis throughout the entire job. Green Planet's crew manager, Sam, checked with us every day to see if we had any questions or concerns. We are completely satisfied with every aspect of the job performed by Green Planet Landscaping and highly recommend Alan Arnold and his company for your landscaping needs

Quality First Home Improvement, Inc.
sales portion was just OK. Negotiated a bit. Crew came out more or less on time. Actual work performed was satisfactory. Our big complaint was they never came back to seal the concrete. of course, we got one call per month asking about more work. Every time, we would tell the sales guy hey, you aren't even done with the job yet! If you get someone to call me back about finishing, we might consider more work. no call. I ended up sealing the concrete myself. Seemed easier than getting them to come out. This is a job-shoppy place, sure they do a lot of stuff, but I got the feeling they were just farming out the work to whoever. Sales is super pesky...the phone calls never ceased, even when we said look, stop calling us, we aren't doing more work with you b/c of the lack of finishing the prev. job. So in summary....concrete work was satisfactory, work crew OK. Sales super smarmy. So not an awful experience, but also we probably wouldn't have them perform additional work since there's bound to be some other firm out there that will do the same work for same $ without hounding us for months and months about more work

VJ Concrete
JV did a great job pouring and stamping a sidewalk on the side of the house. Jose was always on schedule, kept me up to date, easy to work with, kept everything clean and showed a real concern about my property. I am hoping to get JV back for a second project in the very near future.

kodiak construction
Kodiak Construction was very responsive, professional and completed my backyard look with a quality stamped concrete patio. It’s gorgeous and has held up for 5 years now. No cracks either!! Plus was that the project was completed on time which does not seem the norm for most construction projects. I highly recommend this company

Designs By Theresa
My front yard was a disaster from an ugly concrete block retaining wall, to overgrowth with weeds. I called Theresa! Theresa had a vision of what to do and presented me with options and drawings. After discussing the options I decided on clearing and removing the retaining wall and exisitng concrete walkway and porch, grading the from yard and pouring a new stamped concrete walkway and porch. The yard was then landscaped with several plantings and an irrigation sustem was installed. As the project moved along and I saw how great the new concrete walkways looked I decided to have the existing driveway removed and replaced with stamped concrete as well. I now have a beautiful front yard that is the envy of my neighbors. Theresa keeps in touch and her maintenance crew is available to help with with upkeep as needed. I would highly recommend Designs by Theresa

Bay Area Drainage Inc
I had several companies come out and look at my job. A couple of the companies did not even bother to give me a proposal, another company took two weeks to get a proposal back to me. Also another company cancelled an appointment last minute and was 30 minutes late to the next appointment. Bay Area Drainage was on time, very professional, had the proposal back to me in two days at a reasonable price. We selected a day to start and went over details. Bay Area Drainage was there everyday at the same time. The job went very smoothly and looked great at the finish. My house no longer has any water under it and the hardscaping looks great. Wayne, the owner, was very professional and communicated very well. I would definately use this company again

T-BAR CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
They were awesome. I'm bringing them back soon to do another floor for us. I was impressed by how much attention was paid to the slope of the slab. Robert, the owner, was very easy to deal with. He even came back out a couple of months later to follow up and re-inspect the finished product.

Jesus Salvidar Concrete/Landscape/Patio/Decks
He came out twice, once when I was here and then he came out to meet with my husband. He was pretty reasonable and his quote was in the lower end compared to some of the other people we talked to. It was a pretty good price. He came out with another person and he gave us some books on flagstones to refer. I really don't remember anything bad about the experience. He is a smaller company compared to some of the other companies that came out, so he has less manpower compared to the big ones, but I would encourage others to at least call him and consider him for a quote. He called back and came when he said he would, and he was on time. He mostly spoke Spanish

Chavez Concrete
He spends more time working than he’s being paid. He has been absolutely fabulous and wonderful. He measures everything and he’s just a perfectionist. We’ve also learned a lot of things from him like, what would be the best products to use in concreting works. He made beautiful stamps and it’s just wonderful

JMZ Concrete
I had Ricardo do some work at my son's house and called him for an estimate on the concrete work at my house. I got estimates for the work from several contractors and selected Ricardo again. We talked about color and stamping the concrete. I originally thought I would like the flagstone look, but changed my mind before the job started. I called Ricardo and we discussed what might look best and decided on the brick stamping which matched some other portions of the house. We set a date two weeks out to start the work. Richardo expected the work to take about four days. The week before the job was to start, Ricardo called to discuss the size of the channel drain and we decided on 6" wide to carry the water. Ricardo and his crew showed up as agreed two weeks from the date we agreed on the proposal with the equipment to demo the driveway. Ricardo and his crew worked all day--some of the concrete was thicker than we expected--and hauled away all the debri. Ricardo brought stamp and color samples and we settled on red running brick. Rain was forecast for the next day so Ricardo and his crew came back the following day. The concrete truck appeared and the pour started. They finished and left one person behind to smooth out the concrete, color and stamp the porch concrete, and take care of the concrete during the first day of curing. Ricardo and crew came back for final cleanup and checking on Friday. Everything turned out great! Now I have concrete that slopes as it should and a great looking front porch that won't require tile or brick work ever! Came in at the price quoted and in the timeframe promised! Ricardo is always helpful and ready to answer any questions. He's great at explaining what is needs to be done, what they are doing and what the next steps are. His crew is always considerate and professional. I'll use them again the next time I have concrete work and recommend him to everyone

T-BAR CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
Project went very well. Bob and Mel were both very nice and extremely responsive to our schedule and numerous questions. They arrived before 8am each day except when when we were letting the concrete cure. They quickly had a crew in to remove the old patio and cement on day 1. They cleared it all out and kept our front yard clean when they were done for the day. Digging and grading over the next few days was a long process. Some workers were better than others. The guy who did the framing for our steps-Randy, I think, was super detailed in making sure all measurements were exact. But a younger worker didn't dig the grading to the drains deep enough. My husband measured after rebar was in and found some spots would allow for only 1 inch of cement. They sent other guys in to re do the digging on Sat and Sunday. Bob said he would have caught that and fixed before the pour but that is tough to know... After set up was finalized and edited to be exactly what we wanted, pour went very quickly. They did a great job with grading the cement snd not creating any divot areas where water would puddle. Seams were also very nice and done with curves which we weren't expecting but look fantastic. They came back a day or two after the pour, cleaned up most stuff and removed the wood frames. They wanted final payment then but I wanted to wait until all finish work was done before paying the last $1k. This didnt make them happy and it got a little awkward i am glad I held to that. It then it went back to friendly and professional. It took two workers about 4 hours to grind down the edges, patch a few spots on the steps and paint the house where the concrete had splattered. We provided the paint. Friends and family rave about the work and we will recommend them to others

Mike Burns Concrete
First the gravel was trucked in and brought in by wheel barrow. A 2 man team placed all the gravel, the drain system and the re-bar. The drip system was then installed, the drainage connected and cemented into place to ensure it would not shift during the pour. Mike packed all the gravel by hand with compactors. Pour day - moves fast. 4 man team worked quickly to pump in the concrete, finish and trowel the surface 2-3 times, then just at the right time to stamp the concrete. The following day Mike came back and sprayed the area to check the water drainage and fall - perfect. No ponding any where. Perfect. This is a very professional and efficient company. He does all kinds of concrete work including multiple colors, stamping, sealing, large commercial jobs and small residential jobs. My job turned out perfect. I highly recommend Mike Burns Concrete if you are considering concrete work
