- The Drees CompanyI have bought a house from Drees as Ambleside Meadow, Mason and their services are very poor, You keep on calling them for addressing issues, and the moment you report any issue, every single person in Drees, will say " Not all houses are the same" and I say, you make houses different , but do not degrade your quality, if you have to make different, do it, but maintain the quality, which is acceptable and respects customers money. They do not bother about even security hazard things, Based on my overall experience, it seems, Drees is run by contractors and the Drees employees and management has no control or guidelines over/on contractors and contractors are not muck skilled, they try to do things fast and messed up the things, they always compromise with their services, I am seriously frustrated, will not recommend this, because of poor management and client’s respect
- JOHN HENRY HOMESDO NOT BUY A JOHN HENRY HOME! We bought a new build late 2016. It has a been a nightmare ever since. Within these last 6 years we had to get the linoleum resealed because they failed to seal it properly, AC had to be rewired as they pushed wires in too far into the AC, had to get water company out to find our water meter as they BURIED IT, had to get the basement drain flushed out as it was full of rocks and dirt, replace all first floor flooring, replace ALL windows and doors as they are letting bugs in/not installed right, had to pay $6,500 to fix/water proof only a section of our basement and replace sump pump, paid $1,500 to fix exposed concrete foundation outside of house, MOLD is growing in our master bathroom, replace 40 gallon tank they installed could not even heat two showers, have TERMITES and replaced most appliances as they failed within a year. It's getting worse as time goes buy and we've spent about a fourth of what we originally paid ($174,000) just fixing more and more problems. We are now looking to move to a new home. Don't do it. It's not worth your time, health and money
- Nordland LLCPut simply, I could not have asked for a better group to build my new home. The quality of my build is outstanding, with beautiful features and attention to detail. I found the home on the market shortly after it was finished. As soon as I stepped foot in it, I had that classic feeling of knowing it was “the one.” More importantly though, the builders have been very supportive even after closing in March 2020. They were very willing to work with the inspection list provided, and have gone above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect during the home warranty period. Anytime something small was found, they were around quickly to fix it. This isn’t a builder that will sell you a home and forget about you... I’ve truly felt that they had my back the entire way. Especially for my first home purchase, this made the whole process so much more comforting! HUGE thank you

- Hinsford Building & RemodelingExcellent. Jeff has been great to work with; he is personable and accommodating to making our space exactly how we wanted it. We had a large screened room and deck added to the back of the house, as well as two windows taken out of our dining room and French doors put in. The new deck area makes my house feel significantly bigger and our family has already begun enjoying this new outdoor space. Hinsford provides good quality work with sturdy construction and materials. I plan to continue working with Hinsford Building in the future

"Darwin did a fantastic job painting our cabinets. His attention to details are amazing! He taped everything off including all the walls, appliances and put up a temporary wall so none of the paint left the kitchen when spraying the cabinets. Our cabinets looked brand new still but the light oak was dated. Instead of buying new, we decided to paint them. Best decision we’ve ever made. He painted them a beautiful gray and the finish is flawless. Also, another important thing to mention is that we trusted him completely to leave him in our house when we weren’t home.
