The coupon covered the extensive inspection and I only paid for the thermostat. The price was reasonable and so was the installation

A technician came out to replace a thermostat in my home. The labor charge was $85. The thermostat charge was $150 for the exact model thermostat you can buy online in numerous places for $70. I have *no* problem with paying labor, or an extra service charge (it was after 5pm). But $235 to replace a thermostat seems incredibly excessive and I will not use this company again

Tech came out and said my smart thermostat was not communicating to the HVAC. After promising to get another thermostat, he "no showed" me for a whole day. When he came the next day he put in a typical regular thermostat ($100 unit) which ended up costing me $550. Then he took the smart thermostat that was already in my home with him, no explanation. I want the previous unit back

After trying to install a so-called 5-minute-installation thermostat, myself, and seeing that it was not working, I called Schibi Heating & Cooling. They sent a licensed heating and cooling technician to my home within 2 hours of my call. The technician installed a reputable Honeywell thermostat that he had on his truck. The thermostat I had purchased at a local big box dyi store was not compatible with my older HVAC system. I was very happy with the prompt, professional service I received, and my new thermostat is working great! I will definitely call them again to service and maintain my HVAC system

2 weeks ago an Apollo tech came out to quote for installing a wireless thermostat and control box. The 2nd week, despite them knowing what needed to be done, they sent a tech who, when he got here, did not know how to install one. That meant dragging out til after Thanksgiving to the third week. This time, I was given a window of 2-5pm. I got a text at 3.45 from the office to say he would be in the latter part of that window (which it already was). Despite this, I got a call from the office to say he was delayed and would not be here. There ae more than enough of these companies out there that one should not have to put up with untrained techs and a total lack of caring about customer service. I will NEVER use this worthless company again and nor will anyone who asks me for recommendations - mine is simple, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH APOLLO, they are lacking basic knowledge and could not care less about customer satisfaction or service

removal of old unit and installation of new went smoothly. did have an issue with the dehumidifier not working. they said it was because the thermostat that came with it did not preform that function. What BS, why would you buy a AC that did not remove the humidity. got as high as 68% humidity during June/July. Clark rep agreed that should have happened and replaced the thermostat at no cost. worked great after that. I blame manufacturer for selling thermostat with unit. They knew better and were being cheap

They actually done a couple of things and they repaired the switch for me. My air-conditioning wouldn't turn off the fan no matter what I set the thermostat for. I'm also interested with a programmable thermostat, so I asked them if they also had a programmable thermostat then they did. Overall, I would rate their service as "A". I would use their services again in the future

Mark arrived promptly on the day and time we scheduled and immediately got to work. My furnace was kicking on and then shutting off so I was not getting heat. I was not aware that there were batteries in the thermostat until Mark showed me and replaced them. He then checked, cleaned, and serviced the furnace. He cleaned up every visible speck of dust and dirt when he was done. My furnace is now running like new. I can't believe how quickly and efficiently he got the job done. I will definitely use this company again

Quick fix, sticking thermostat. Also raised the unit outside, to improve efficiency. They only billed a service call, but the took the time once they fixed the issue, to do preventive smaller tasks. Very friendly and trustworthy.

I called early in the morning and the service man came in the early afternoon. My thermostat was not programmable for the emergency heat to kick on and off. He told me what type of thermostat to purchase. We installed it and the furnace works fine. We will be signing with them for regular maintenance of our heat pump/furnace this spring
