We discussed the plan to install an electric outlet in a screened-in porch and run an HDMI cable from an interior source to a box near the new outlet. The technician kept me informed as he was doing the work. It was completed promptly and looks good. An outdoor electrical outlet that also connected to outdoor lighting and garage lights/opener needed to be replaced. I contacted Craftsman on a Sunday and they were in touch with me on Monday morning. They texted to confirm the appointment on Tuesday and on Wednesday Jonathan texted before arriving. When he got to my house, he fixed the outlet in under an hour for $70 - previous estimate from another company was almost $500 (not to mention a $90 service fee for giving me that estimate). Jonathan was very knowledgeable and friendly. I have already shared Craftsman info with friends and family as we are always looking for good companies to work with on our homes. I highly recommend and will use them again in the future

The rating is for the estimate/service charge, not work performed. Previously I have been very happy with Apollo but I have noticed in the past 1-2 years, they have gotten extremely pricey and always seem to push for other services or mention all of the extraneous things that could go wrong (seems very fear-based selling - may not be the tech's fault for having to do this, could be coming from corporate.) The tech told me there was some rust in my electric panel that indicates moisture - duh, I have a 125 year old house with a stone foundation - and then he said, "It could be fine for another 20 years, or it could completely go out tomorrow." Eyeroll. All I needed was an outdoor outlet replaced. It cost me $90 to have a service tech come out (expensive, but I understand their time is valuable). The estimate was for almost $500. When I declined, the tech asked what a better price might be for me - which 1-I'm not going to negotiate and 2-I was absolutely ticked that clearly if I had said yes to the initial amount, they would do it, but they were trying to see what they could get me for. NOPE. I contacted another electrician on Angi and they got it done in under an hour for $70. The worst part for Apollo is, I had used them for many things over the years - plumbing, electrical, handyman services. And they will never, ever get another request from me again

He had a detailed estimate ready within 48 hours and I was able to schedule the work for the next week. While Brandon’s employee actually performed the work, Brandon was here at the start of the work and available by phone as needed. Since the wiring had to be accessed through the crawlspace under the kitchen, I’m sure this wasn’t considered a quick or easy job. Price was fair, Brandon is super professional, and I will definitely hire him again

It went amazing, We had just bought this house and the wiring was a bit lacking to say the least, there were 3 wall plugs all controlled by the 3 different wall switches. and now each wall switch is controls only the upper plug. he was efficient, detail oriented and catered to whatever my needs were, all the while explaining what the pros and cons were of doing it a certain way. Extremely knowledgeable, would use him over and over again

He and his partner also put in hooks for me to hang electrical cords on, suggesting the best placement. I was quite pleased with the result. (I really liked the gizmo that he used to identify the correct line so he did not have to turn off the electricity to the whole house.
