Handyman Services

I didn't have the best experience with them. I contacted them and got a resolution but it wasn't necessarily the best resolution but I got it and I am happy. It was a Big Deal that I purchased. It was $79 for 2 hours for a handyman. The gentleman they sent out didn't quite have the skills and he ended up breaking a glass table and it took two months to get a replacement table top. He also asked me for $25 additional for gas money. It wasn't the best experience. I got the replacement table top last Friday. I have found out from the company that they have since fired him after he was at my house. I wish they hadn't sent him. It wasn't the best experience and I was disappointed. It wasn't a huge amount of money but I probably won't use that service again. He really wasn't qualified and it was a mistake that they sent him in the first place. All in all it was a very poor and very bad experience for me. He never finished the job. He hung one picture and three curtain rods. I absolutely would not recommend them and I wouldn't hire them again. It left such a bad taste in my mouth that I will find another handyman to finish the work. The gentleman arrived 45 minutes early and I wasn't prepared for him. I do not want the company to contact me because I do not want to go through any more stress with these people.
