Harco ExteriorsWe had an excellent experience with Harco Exteriors from start to finish. John completed a thorough walk-through to get a sense of our needs and sent us a detailed proposal. He's very knowledgeable and had several great suggestions about how to address some existing gutter placement/drainage issues. John was reliably available to answer our (many) questions and guide us through several key decision points. He was also able to recommend and coordinate with some other tradespeople that we ultimately needed to involve in our project. The crew on-site was very neat, courteous, and efficient. And as a total bonus everyone was super kind to our young child who was sometimes curious, sometimes scared of all the commotion happening outside. Most important of all, the team did a GREAT job. We are very pleased with the work and have already recommended Harco to several neighbors who are considering similar projects. We will definitely use them again.- Jonathan D.

Color Matters Painting, Inc.This was an excellent experience. They started work within a week of booking them. They power-washed, scraped, sanded, primed and painted the house and trim. They also painted the downspouts, and we added the task of painting the foundation as well. They also replaced a few rotted boards. The whole team was very professional, but we would like to especially thank Sandro, Vander and Willian for working with us, helping us choose a trim color and keeping us informed every step of the way. Real Painting & Home ImprovementWe had last painted our house over 10 years ago and it was in dire need of carpentry work and exterior painting. I found it very easy to work with Real Painting from the start - they had solutions to all of our needs and the quote was detailed and easy to understand. The carpentry team was very skilled and their work exceeded my expectations for quality. The painting crew did an amazing job preparing the house for painting. They completely stripped the paint in most key areas and sanded the clapboards to perfection. Their attention to detail was immaculate - from caulking all to way to the finishing touches with our two-tone paint scheme. They also kept the site very clean. Everyone on the team was friendly, easy to talk to, and always showed that they cared for me as the customer. Ortolani & SonsChris and his team did a fantastic job painting my house. He went above what I had expected. He replaced rotted wood, repaired part of my porch flooring and even re-glazed my windows. He used a high quality paint and primer. He explained up front the work he was going to do and the expected time frame that he would be done. As long as the weather cooperated. ProTEK PaintersI hired ProTEK 10 years ago and was very happy with the job. When it was time to paint again I got a bid and based on price and past performance I chose ProTEK again. Response was quick and I got a bid right away. A team showed up a week prior and did a good job powerwashing the house. This Monday a larger team showed up and scraped (a lot of scraping on a shingle sided house), primed and painted the entire house in two days. Overall I am very happy with the job. High quality Benjamin Moore Paint was speced and used. Careful attention was paid to overhangs, window sashes, doors, railings and sills. Badly deteriorated glazing was repaired and both steel casement as well as wood double hung windows were painted cleanly. Clean up (and there were a lot of scrapings) was outstanding. I would highly recommend. BTW I am a licensed architect.- Joseph A.

PGB Power WashingWe have had construction work going on around us and have had to put up with dirt and dust blowing on the house for over a year. As you can see from the pictures (before & after), it had gotten pretty bad. Mold and algae developed on all sides. We called PGB Power Washing to explain the situation. Patrick came out right away to assess the house, scheduled an appointment and we cannot express how happy we are with the results. He was very meticulous and spent a lot of time making sure it all came clean. It was quite the undertaking but Patrick was up for the task. Thank you Patrick!! You're the Best!!!- Anna K.

Excellent! They offered the lowest prices of all the vendors I called. Ivan scheduled the work on the same day I made the request- quick and easy. They were able to accommodate a different time for the work last minute. The workers were on time, sociable, and very professional. They went the extra mile and drilled drain holes in the windows and then closed them up with silicone. I am thoroughly happy with the quality of work! I only wish they had a sign on their truck so my neighbors would know who they are. :-) I'll use them again.
