- Big Tool BoxThis is a privately owned general hardware store associated with Ace. The staff never changes. They must be happy campers. The staff all know the layout of the stor, and they always try to help the customers. The customer can go into the store and tell the staff member about their project, and they can tell them what they need, and will take the customer whe parts are, and one can leave the store with the parts and pieces for the project. This is not a "big box" place. It's much like a small neighborhood store that people of a certain age remember. Go there
- TIMBERLINE GARDENS INCWe had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out great. We used them the same day that I bought the deal. I bought an eight of wood, and they let me use the deal for that. I felt good about it. I am going to go again this weekend and buy some more wood.

"First, the purchase process. Over several visits, I chose 20 trees and 30 shrubs for our newly constructed home. Each time I was driven through the facility by one of the staff who helped to find and select the items. I worked with Colleen several times but also with a couple of others who were quite helpful. We had rain on a couple of trips, but we eventually got it done. In each case, I feel that I was able to find high quality plant material that will hopefully meet our needs for years to come. I ultimately decided to have the Tree Farm do the install because I figured that since the did this all the time, they would have the best chance to get it right.

<br />Next came the installation. This was an all day affair. It was originally scheduled for 3 weeks earlier but we had to delay because weather had caused us to not have the ground prepared. Our schedule change was accommodated without concern. The crew arrived on time and got to work. Each item was carefully planted, even in the areas where the clay was like concrete. Some of the holes were 4 ft wide and nearly 2 ft. deep. Each tree was checked for being vertical, and the larger ones were staked. By the time everything was watered, the crew had been on site for nearly 10 hours. Though the weather was mild, it was still a very long day.
