"Very pleased with Mr. Bid and will work with them again if I have a carpet issue. My finished basement had a water intrusion issue requiring me to pull a significant amount of it up and throw away the padding that was drenched. Sales associate (Jesse) was able to quote me over the phone based on my description and schedule the repair the same week. Repair included replacing padding, replacing tacking that was removed due to water, repairing a seem that had to be cut, and stretching and the carpet back into place. There's a little "scar" from where the seem was cut because due to my imperfect cutting, but Tom did all he could and it doesn't look that bad. Glad to have this ordeal over with and grateful to Mr. Bid for fast, quality and reasonably priced service.show more

"My experience with Leon’s flooring was excellent! When I called, I had to make an appointment to come in to look in their showroom, that I genuinely respect, due to COVID-19. After I made my appointment I was greeted, and I was walked around the showroom there were so many options!!! They allowed me to take samples home! I set an appointment to have my bathroom measured. They called me the morning of my appointment to let me know they were on their way. Once he was there they gave me an estimate! Very fair in pricing, the best that I had quoted to me. I decided to have the floor installed. The flooring was ordered, I was called the day the product came in , and was scheduled just 2 days after it had gotten there. When the installers came, they wore a mask the entire time, and did a tremendous job! They were quick, but careful, made sure of every detail was put into my flooring! "Both installations went very smoothly!! Guys were professional and efficient. We had one corner we wanted to have fixed b/c the gap between the floor and the wall was too large for our trim to cover - the guys fixed it before they left and didn't complain at all (at least not to us anyways!) "About a month ago we had the basement carpet cleaned in our rental after the renters moved out. The staff did a very professional job- prompt, experienced and efficient. I did not notice what they did with the waste water because I was working on another area in the house. When they finished the carpet was clean and there was no&nbsp;(dirty water) smell&nbsp;in the basement. I don't remember them asking "is it ok if we dump the waste water in your toilet?" but there is a toilet in the basement.&nbsp;&nbsp;This is significant because.... <br>today we had the porch carpet cleaned and the staff guys were very polite and business like especially when I said "WHAT?" when they said they had to use one of our toilets to dump the dirty water that was&nbsp;sucked out of the carpet. Luckily we have a toilet in the laundry room and the porch is not that big so the waste water was minimal BUT, BUT- the laundry room now smells like AN OUT HOUSE!!! <br>Maybe their hose was dirty? So it seems there is now a law which "prevents them from dumping the waste water anywhere but our toilet". (pervious to using our toilets- they used to suction the water into a tank in their truck). SO now the burden of having to dump this waste water into a sanitary system has been put on the home owner instead of this vendor. This "STINKS"show more
