I would give them a B only because you know with those type of services they often are a turnover and so when the new person has to get used your house and just because its me sometimes I notice little things that get missed. I have had cleaning services before and they do a lot for the amount they charge. I have never had anybody clean my refrigerator inside and out every two weeks. I have them vacuum my mattresses and stuff like that. They don't charge me extra for anything. They do a really good job. They are always on time. When I give the owner feedback after cleaning they mention to her anything that I noticed and she makes sure the next time you know its done

Cleaning for Less
I am a single woman. Today Maria took down my drapes for me because I could not get the rod unhooked. She told me after they are cleaned to wait until she comes back to help me put them up. Maria even moves my refrigerator to sweep underneath. She changes my bed skirts when the seasons change because I cannot lift up the mattress,.these are just some of the extra things she does for her clients. Maria does not come alone to clean. There is always one or two family members working along with her. She only uses family members so she can be sure they are working the way she has taught them, and are honest. What would take 1 person 3 hours to clean, only takes 1-1/2 hours with 3 people. Maria is a hard worker, and from what I understand, most of her customers use her for years. I give her a AAA+ rating

They always do good work and I can leave everything to them. Sometimes, if I must leave the house before them come I write them a note about something special I need done. I leave them a and quot;helloand quot; note in any case. I have asked them on several occasions to do yard work with tools I had on hand, such as pruning branches and cutting a large swatch of overgrown bamboo, or removing ivy overgrown on the hedges.
