"They were very responsive, arriving the same day and going back to their (distant) shop for a needed piece and returning to finish that evening. Extremely hardworking. My only dissatisfaction was that the plate they used around the new deadbolt is very industrial and ugly, especially for a formal front door. Now, my husband was interacting with them and gave the ok for that plate. Thus, I still awarded the company an A. My husband cares about functionality much more than asthetics.
