Mega Storage Sheds
The crew and shed completely exceeded by expectations. I scheduled the job in about a week. The website is very informative. The 2 men arrived around 8:30 a.m. The lead builder is very skilled. They use all real lumber - this is not a wood kit! Everything is built from scratch. The way they make efficient use of the material is amazing. They finished the job around 4:30 p.m. and left the job site spotless. The next day, we painted the shed with 2 gallons of exterior latex paint. I was originally going to buy a pre-fab plastic shed, but I am so glad that I went with a shed that was built on site. Not only was this cheaper, but it is sturdy and well made. It will last for years

Due to hail and wind damage I needed a new roof. I had 2 companies give me estimates. Larry was my 3rd estimate and was referred to me by a long time friend and co worker. He suggested that I should call my insurance company and file a claim because I had hail and wind damage. I had a 25 year guaranteed roof, but had my roof for 21 years. I followed thru and my claim was approved that I did need a new roof and my insurance company came thru with funds towards my new roof. Larry was very professional and I felt comfortable doing business with him. The day of the install 9 workers showed up eager to work and get the job done in one day. They were quiet, answered my questions and left no messes behind. I have recommend Larry to 3 of my neighbors. When he was doing an estimate for a friend of mine he fixed a minor problem she had with one of the vents and did not charge her. She was somewhat shocked that someone would do that without being paid. Also, the day my roof was finsihed he came in to get the check and saw that I had a broken drawer in my kitchen and fixed that for me. I would say that I would use Mr. Martin again and refer him to any of my friends

I actually have a hard time calling it a "shed" because it is such high quality that it is more like a little house. I have been impressed by the professionalism and work of Hilton Roofing & Remodeling - Hilton Services Group. Mr. Carrasco showed up for all appointments on time and completed the work beautifully. I had them repair work from another contractor that did not complete work on window replacement. They corrected the mistakes made in hanging the window and rebuilt the surrounding paneling. The crew worked carefully to match stained paneling on the interior. They then cleaned up the site and mopped so no signs of the work appeared to exist. They have repaired ln one bathroom after the pipes leaked and you cannot even tell the repair the repair was done. The patch blends beautifully with the rest of the ceiling. I had them add a ceiling rain shower head and reseal the terrazzo tile. All work was completed in a timely manner and with the showerhead I asked for with the appropriate values. They painted the entire bathroom while they were were painting the ceiling, since they had to work on the plumbing behind shower. Since this time I have used them to repair my front walkway and to replace counters in the kitchen and bathrooms. The same quality of work was met each time. The sub contractor for the concrete work maintained the same standard as of quality and Mr. Carrasco supervised all steps of the work. I appreciated that the crews that have worked in my house have been courteous and hard working. Breaks were kept less than 15 minutes and lunch time was timely. They let me know when the noise level was going up since I was working at home. I couldn't have expected a better experience

Thought I would pay the extra money for THE name brand. Salesman promised the world and provided great communication... until the install went wrong. Now nobody will take or return my calls. The only thing I need fixed is the side walk-through door, which was never finished being installed properly and is so poorly installed, it could be knocked down easily with a strong shoulder. Something they could repair in no more than an hour. I waited 2 months before leaving this review, giving them a chance to reply but after multiple calls... nothing. Find someone who will stand behind their product! OTHER INSTALL ISSUES: Installers arrived about 11:30 am on Saturday. The began unloading materials and I noticed there was no sign of the included steel sub-frame that was supposed to be installed under the shed. Had to call the salesman to confirm then it took 2 more hours to get the steel delivered and eventually begin installing by 2:00 pm on Saturday. Needless to say they didn't finish and then had to return Sunday and rushed through to get done by dark. The 2 installers that returned did not speak English. Many misc items had to be pointed out that were not completed correctly. Was not satisfied with the solution they came up with for the door and insisted someone come back out. I also ordered a ramp for the front and one of the boards is warping badly but if they will not respond for the door issue, they will not fix the ramp either. VERY FRUSTRATED. Thought the name brand in sheds would have been more reliable

Great company to work with. Frank and his wife Erika were very pleasant from the beginning of the project all the way to the completion. They were professional, responsive and very easy to contact. I needed a 10 x 18 storage room (not a typical storage shed with smartside panels and a barn door, etc.). Since this storage will be used to store some expensive furniture and other personal belongings, moisture prevention was a big factor. I upgraded their standard 10 x 18 storage shed to the following: 1/2 OSB Exterior Sheathing on all sides. Tyvek Moisture Barrier House Wrap on all sides. 8 in. Hardie Siding on all sides. 6 ft. Steel Double Entry Doors. 78 ft. of 16 in. shelves (3 rows on one 18 ft. wall and 3 rows on one 8 ft. wall). 30 year shingles to match existing roof (3 Tab shingles not allowed in my subdivision). Frank's father actually did the work and is very good at his trade. He took his time and paid attention to details from the foundation, framing, hardie siding, door installation, trim and roof. The project was completed in a timely manner and the building looks great. We are 100/% pleased with the workmanship and services of Flores Premium Sheds and will definitely uses their services again. {Member's names} Houston, T

Very well. Gary showed up slightly ahead of schedule and proceeded with this assortment of small jobs. I was very impressed with both the speed and the quality of his work. Except for the A/C job, these were all small things I would have done myself a few years ago, but I could not have done them nearly as fast or as well. I did think the prices were a little high, but he is in high demand because of the quality of his work. Gary is about as down-to-earth and friendly as could be, and we will definitely call on him again.
