We called Chavez Plumbing on a Saturday afternoon at 3 after a do-it-yourself project turned ugly. The owner is Julio Chavez, and his wife answered our call right away and told us that he'd be over that day even though he was still working on a big job in the southwest part of town. Julio showed up at 6, exactly when his wife said he would, he called when he was on his way, and he fixed the problem in less than an hour. He was very friendly and honest, he explained everything that he did and why, and he explained why we weren't able to finish the job we had started on our own. He said that he still had one more job to go to that day even though he had been working since 7 am, so he really is available 24 hours a day. I will definitely use him the next time I need a plumber

Amazingly well. I purchased a new laundry sink that was slightly large than the old sink. Titan didn't have to do the carpenter work. The counter top needed to be made larger. They could have said, "get a carpenter in to fit the sink. But Titan did. I was very impressed with the nice work they did. Even the caulking was a professional job. Finished the job in an hour. I thought he cost was reasonable too

Late in the afternoon, John and his assistant Tony turned detective to discover the cause of water damage. Luckily, the walls that needed to be cut were in a closet. After determining the cause to be a pipe coming up through the concrete slab, John clearly explained the procedure and possible complications. John and Tony arrived on time the next morning. We got lucky again when it was learned that the leaky pipe only supplied one downstairs sink. Once the faulty pipe was capped, a T-joint in an upstairs line was created and a PEX pipe was dropped down to supply the downstairs sink. No other walls or floors needed to be damaged in order to complete the work. The job was finished after 4 1/2 hours, which included a run to the supply house. Plus, he was here about 1 1/2 hours the evening before. They vacuumed the area and left everything cleaned up. John charges a flat rate, but was not able to predict how extensive the job would be. He quoted a price for finding the leak and capping it. Then, once he knew what would be required in order to supply the sink, he gave me another ballpark figure to which I agreed. In the end, the bottom line was less than he quoted. Although it was not itemized, I feel that this charge was reasonable given the knowledge, skill, and creative solution that was required. I also feel that another plumber could have easily gone a different and more extensive and expensive way. I highly recommend this plumber for your home needs

I called Obsta left a message they returned my call the next day and came to my home the next afternoon. They were on time, we went thru my list of repairs and they got right to work. They had my repairs done in a couple hours the valves on my washer had never been changed (30 years) and they got the old ones off without breaking the pipes which was a miracle in itself. Plus they changed the valves under my kitchen sink when they put my new faucet on. I feel they were a bit pricey but I also felt very confident they knew what they were doing and it would be done correctly. I will defiantly call them for my plumbing future plumbing needs

We recently had new granite countertops installed and needed a plumber to hook up the new faucet, garbage disposal and dishwasher. Ben and his crew arrived and got to work quickly. Since we are also having new floors installed, he recommended they come back once that is finalized (and will honor the price quoted) to hook-up the dishwasher otherwise they'd have to come out again (which would result in paying twice) . I appreciated that information! They worked quickly and efficiently and everything was perfect. They also hooked up the new gas range top as well. Due to the remodeling work we're having done, I've had three different plumbing companies out in the last few months and by far this company was the best price and quality of work. I will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs! They were also one of the few to give a quote over the phone. Most places want to come out and charge a trip fee, which could be applied to the work if they do it immediately (in some cases), but it makes it difficult to compare pricing. They now have a customer for life and I will recommend to neighbors and friends

The plumber showed up on time, provided us with a quote for all the work. We choose what we wanted done and he immediately got to work. At one point he did not have a part and he had to run to Lowes to purchase. He returned and finished the work. I think my undersink plumbing in the kitchen looks better now than it did before

I have had Danny do work for me before. He knows his stuff. I would trust him with any plumbing problems I had. Tankless heater was dirty for sure -- he showed me the flushed residue. The outside faucet took a blowtorch to get the old faucet off and the new faucet on. He was on time and dressed like a professional, which I appreciate
