Michael and Herman are a great team to represent Roto Rooter. Michael has a great understanding of what needs to be replaced and did not attempt to sale us something that we did not need. Michael's attitude was great, prices were reasonable and the work was outstanding. Would choose Roto Rooter over any plumbing company in the Kingwood area

Work went well. The vendor showed up on time and performed the work that was requested of them. I would use them again. Only thing I would like to see in the future is that they put shoe covers on while in the house.

Nick's Plumbing & Sewer Service
5.0
They were on time, clean and courteous. We discussed some other small jobs I wanted to do (replace bathtub fixtures) and the plumber was able to locate the right fixture and give me a price for that also. I have scheduled that for later this month. I was very pleased with NIcks and the fact that they didn't try to sell me some bogus service policy to bump up the bill. I will use them again

S & B Plumbing Inc
5.0
Really well; S&B admins called us back with a timeslot that opened up the same day. Plumbers / Technicians were very respectful, and wore masks the entire job. Quick to analyze the problem after asking a few questions, and offer their quote. Fixed up the drain assembly within 25-30 minutes and took about 10 minutes to ensure it was working properly. Additionally helped reconnect a line in our toilet we didn't know had come disconnected. Very happy thus far with the quality of work. Really didn't want any leaks to deal with down the line; especially since this bathtub is upstairs. This fix may be costly now, but it puts my mind at ease

They arrived promptly, completed the job quickly, the new faucets look good, and I especially like the beautiful job that they did replacing the sheetrock over the opening that they had to cut in back to access the pipes without messing up the bathroom tile.

Woodtech Remodeling

started out great. they were on time within reason. moved through things in a fair timely manor then Uh oh. They are not use to the client buying supplies that turned into a negative. Once we got some of the work done and had to put things off to get the rest of the supplies it was awhile like three weeks before they came back to finish stage one. ( the above mentioned tasks. We had some issues with grout lines and some miss cut tile that honestly did not get fixed to a decent level . We feel like we were forced to just let it go due to excuses they gave for not wanting to pull a tile off the wall. We had it in the plans to also have grab bars installed that never happened. We wound up doing that another way. Once the above mentioned tasks were completed we paid them for that amount of work.. We had made an agreement to have them come back and install or refinish cabinets ones we made a decision on that . (this would have been stage two) Not only did we not hear from them again for awhile but once the owner called it as say one thing and another. So we just gave up. The bathroom is stilll not finished and we have no estimate paperwork or payment papers that have been promised since November of 2014. the work was performed at my home

Joe the Plumber
5.0
Was scheduled to be here at 9:00. Called and said he was a little behind, would be here in 20 minutes. That is okay with me as long as you give me a call. Was here in 20 minutes. Very polite. Went right to work and had everything done in one day. My plumber's name was Rick, and I would recommend him to anyone. Will be calling him back when I need some more work done. Very thankful that he got my tub & things installed. (I have been waiting for my hubby to do this for 2 years.) He works for Joe The Plumber on Jarvis Rd. The original price of the service was $l000.00 but I had driven by their business and saw a sign out front that showed a l0% discount up to a certain day in July. I got the work done by that date, so therefore paid $900.00. Thanks Rick

WEDGEWORTH PLUMBING COMPANY
1.0
I selected Wedgeworth Plumbing as the company has high ratings per Angie's List. However, the plumber sent by the company has three years experience was clearly incompetent in handling this plumbing work. I explained to the plumber that I wanted a female pipe fitting or adapter to be soldered to the stub end of the copper piping. I drew a sketch illustrating the adapter with external male pipe threads to engage the bathtub spout. The plumber stated that he has an expensive hydraulically operated tool which will secure the pipe fitting so that soldering will not be necessary. I saw the tool which has some length as well as weight to it. Although I was skeptical as to how the plumber would maintain alignment of the tool with the stub end copper pipe while sitting or stooping inside the bathtub, I literally left him to his device and left the bathroom. I returned over one hour later and found the stub end copper pipe bent and foreshortened. No fitting or adapter had been attached. I could also see remnants of solder filler on the bent copper pipe. The plumber said that in order to remove the bent pipe and replace it with a straight copper pipe, it would be necessary to make a 8 inch by 8 inch hole in the wall in the hallway to gain access to the piping. He further mentioned that the repair to the sheetrock would be MY responsibility. Amazing. However, in truth, there would not be any holes in the hallway wall, because despite the bent and foreshortened copper pipe, with a competent plumber or handyman, the bent section of the piping can be hacksawed off and a fitting can be soldered on to the remaining straight section. I contacted Mr. John Giuliani, who is the owner of Wedgeworth Plumbing, and on October 7, 2015, after his arrival, he quickly assessed the situation and proceeded to remove the bent section of the copper pipe, clean and remove sharp edges from the hacksawed end of the copper pipe, and solder a brass female adapter to the stub pipe. He was careful to place a heat insulating blanket to protect the bathtub tile adjacent to the stub end pipe from excessive heat. Mr. Giuliani certainly did a thorough and competent job in installing the bathtub spout and the rating shown above does not reflect his work but that of his plumber

A+ Castle Plumbing
5.0
A+Castle Pluming is fantastic. I had a lot of work to be done. A lesser provider might have have strung it out over several visits by one plumber, which would have been a hassle. These guys sent out four, yes four, plumbers and knocked out the job in a few hours! What a great way to get it done. The plumber who did the walk through for the estimate was also doing the work which was great because he had first-hand knowledge of what we needed. No need to go over everything all over again with someone new. They went out of their way to come over for the estimate when I was available, and the person who came over was very knowledgeable and willing to discuss options and evaluate the situation. They got the estimate to me, and scheduled and completed the work in a very timely fashion

Kenneth's plumbing
5.0
Kenneth identified our old leaking tub faucet by a texted photo and fixed the problem in about 30 minutes. Other plumbers said we'd need to replace the faucet which required tearing out a wall and to expect it to cost several thousand dollars in bathroom repairs. We called Kenneth again when our main water line broke. He came out after hours and fixed the problem quickly. He even gave us a discount for being a previous customer and for us having already dug out the broken portion of the line. We will definitely be using his services again

THE SHOWROOM

They did a great job and were very good keeping things in order. They also cleaned up each day. We are very pleased with the work! The glass door for the shower looks great. The job was finished within the estimated time given for the job. All the workmen were very professional.
Great job! Tub looks brand new and countertop came out great. Cleanup was excellent. Chip was so well repaired and matched that I can't tell where it once was.
Mitch and the team were great to work with. Angelo and Travis did amazing work. The project was done in less time than they estimated and the attention to detail was impressive. We are extremely happy we decided to have EZ Bath do our remodel and will use them again.
Their workers- Carlo and Alfredo- were extremely polite and courteous, just like the owners, quietly and diligently going about their work without needing anything at all. Full Disclosure: Given that we’ve hired 100s pf contractors for various work since 1977, those decades of experience allow us to profess without hesitation that Tru Blue did the absolute best of them all on all fronts: They were timely, VERY Reasonably priced for Retired Seniors, went above and beyond in terms of researching designs, and even helped dispose of old leftover supplies left behind after decades of use. We will certainly make them the First/Only company we call for random handyman jobs needed around our house in the future. I just wish that they were also listed on Yelp, so that I could submit my positive Review for them there.

What do customers in Houston say about Bathtub Installation?
I had a great experience with Katy Plumbing. They were on time, and I loved that they wore booties on their shoes to protect my carpet. We didn't know what was causing the leak, and Greg was able to diagnose the problem quickly. I liked that he brought a helper, Angel, because by working together they were able to fix the problem quickly. They also gave me a year's warranty on the work. The office emailed a picture of the technician, and his experience, and I liked that too.
