Whitmans Contracting and Roofing performed a job well done. Peter did a thorough inspection of the roof. He checked for leaks in the attic space and any evidence of water penetration. He found a perfect color match for the existing shingles and patched the areas that needed work. Whitmans caulked all areas around roof stacks/penetrations (vents, pipes, exhaust). The work was completed in a timely manner and the cost was fair. The roof looks great! It was neat seeing before and after pictures which were provided by the company, so I could see the work that was performed

The job went well from start to finish. Steve, the salesman and project supervisor, listened to my concerns and presented a proposal that addressed those issues. Some other sales personnel tried to sell me a canned job. I've had several roofs installed over the years and read articles. Steve related to my desires. I really appreciated that. Miguel was the crew foreman. He and his entire crew did an outstanding job. They worked together very well. Everyone was constantly doting something. They covered he shrubs and protected them. They constantly kept the area clean as the job progressed. They paid a lot of attention to the details and the final product looks great. Patrick did not ask for 50% down. He accepted all of the payment when the job was completed. I appreciate that as well. The job started when they promised and they completed it within their original time frame. They even replaced some other rotten trim boards at no additional cost. They did the job on time and for the proposed price. By the way, I felt their price was extremely fair. Their are cheaper companies out there. But, I one of the reasons that I went with Patrick is because he has been in the roofing business in the Houston area for over 20 yrs. I strongly recommend this business for roofing needs

This job couldn't have gone any better. I started by asking for an estimate, which Nick Ochoa was able to complete on the same day. After getting estimates from other contractors, I called Mr. Ochoa back on Friday afternoon and told him I wanted him to do the work. He arranged to come by Saturday morning, and showed up right on time. He obviously had experience with attic fans, and was able to give me good advice regarding placement and facing. The work was completed in around an hour, and he did a clean, professional job. Mr. Ochoa was very friendly and pleasant to deal with, too. I'd have no hesitation about recommending this business to others, and they'll be the first place I consider if I need any roofing work done in the future

Infinity Roofing & Siding Inc
The professionalism and dedication that Infinity Roofing exhibited on this job was excellent. It all started back in April when we had a hail storm at the house. A short while later - George Ruiz with Infinity - came knocking on my door. At first I was a bit skeptical - did we really have that much hail damage? George went up on the roof, inspected and informed that we had damage to the shingles and gutter systems. So I called my insurance company and they agreed to send out an inspector / estimator to assess the damage. I asked if they wanted to have a roofing contractor join their inspector - and they agreed that would be very helpful. George and the insurance company assessor (a third arty inspector) came and made the inspection and agreed on the write up. The writeup was submitted and that's when I got first access to it from my insurance company. I noticed some discrepancies with the quality of shingle I knew I had on the house and so started engaging the insurance company on the discrepancies. I was also talking to George and he offered advice in several areas. I finally thought the estimate was accurate. I then asked George for his write-up and discovered major discrepancies again - all basically based on quantities / areas - which I had assumed was a pretty straight forward piece of business - Wrong! At this point, I urged my insurance company to start working directly with George and over the next couple of weeks - he finally negotiated with the insurance company the correct quantities and factors for wastage, pitch of roof etc. The final agreed upon scope and estimate was almost twice as much. Without George's persistence to get it right upfront, we would not have got the roof we deserved - a replacement for the roof we already had. Let's be clear on this - the adjustors and contractors all use the same software and rate schedules. It's just a matter of agreeing what was there before and the difficulty / complexity of the replacement. I also engaged a couple of other contractors - to sense check the numbers - in about the middle of the process - and the numbers I received were pretty close to Infinity's numbers. Given they are all working from a rate schedule - this is not surprising. So not so sure how much commercial tension there is in this type of situation. What I can say with total confidence - I felt like George and Infinity were working for me and on my behalf. The materials showed up on schedule - about 2 weeks after all the upfront work had been agreed upon. Four and a half days later, the new roof was complete. Hard work by the crews on all days. Good organization, protection of beds and cleanup - every day. The new roof looks great and was installed even better than the original. They found a couple of leaking spots - one of which we know about and had been trying to solve, one that we didn't (As George says - that's why its important to remove and replace the tar paper - you get to inspect the wood roof beneath. So totally please with Infinity and George Ruiz. George also managed all the paperwork with the insurance company including getting the signatures for the mortgage company on the co-signed checks that were issued by the insurance company

Steve's team did my large roof in a little less than two days. He had 5 or 6 guys on the job and they worked very efficiently. He had a large container pulled up to the roof edge to receive all the debris, with zero trash or shingle waste left over. The cleanup was impressive, with very little shingle particles or nails found after this very dirty job was completed. The patio areas looked better than when the crew first arrived. There was some debris inside, which Steve was responsible enough to tell me about and show me the moment I was on the job site. The owner was present and supervised the job himself, though the crew had an assigned crew chief who was directly overseeing the workers. Lots of times work happens and you only see the owner at the sales pitch. Steve also handled the paper work for warranty and my insurance documentation for impact resistant materials discount very fast, within a day of finishing the job. My only issue was disconnected vent pipe at the hot water heater. I noticed it right away and it's easy to correct, but it should have been done by the crew to prevent CO leaks had I not noticed it

The contractor was up front when providing the quote that he had a back-log of about three weeks of roofing work and that the work itself would take two days. With that in mind, I proposed a roof replacement date that was 3.5 weeks out. The contractor had the materials delivered the evening before the work was to start. They started work promptly the next morning and finished the work the next day as promised. They did a great job in both the work and in cleaning up after themselves. It was an easy, no surprises experience for me and I would definitely use this contractor again

VISTA was hired to replace and aged roof in Conroe, TX. The bid process went smoothly and VISTA won the bid basis best roofing shingles offered (MALARKEY) and overall price to complete the job. Owners Mike and Daniel were very professional, timely and informative. The roofing job went very well overall. The roofing materials were delivered on time and correctly. The roofing crew was on time and worked hard and effectively throughout the day. They were provided motivational gratuity and lunch food. The roofing job was (by all accounts) - done well, with no apparent errors or faults. My only constructive feedback that was provided to the owners / VISTA was that the roofing crew was unsupervised by a VISTA representative at any of the critical stages of the job (start, midpoint, completion). Daniel did show up near lunch time to conduct drone photos of the job but did not interact with the roofing crew or check equipment or equipment settings (airguns, etc) to my knowledge. As I am used to working with crews in the field, I took the role of ensuring job oversight was maintained, even though I am not a roofing expert. It is clear to me that these roofing crews know their business and require little direction from the company owners, however, the "front office" should, at a minimum, ensure the job is going "as sold" during critical phases. This will be a key part of future job contracts that I am involved in

The roof experience with Greenlight was amazing. Vincent was easy to work with and his follow up was impeccable. He explained everything in detail and answered questions and/or concerns we had. Our 10 year old 30yr Elk shingle roof was looking streaked and tired. I had heard that the roof could be cleaned, so I went to Angies List and found Shane at Texas Roof Cleaning. I was pleased that the owner answered the phone and set up an appointment for the following week to come out and clean the roof. On the day of the cleaning, Shane called ahead and actually arrived earlier than scheduled. He and his assistant did a beautiful job on my roof. It looks as good as it did the day it was installed. I would have been thrilled at this point with paying and seeing them on their way. But, Shane cleaned all my gutters, washed the wood siding and washed off all the windows and cleaned the mildew off my large brick steps to the front porch. I did not ask for any of these extras and I was not charged extra! In addition, he told me that there was a ten year warranty on the shingles for streaking and told me how to make a claim with the manufacturer. To top off this wonderful service, the bill came to about $200 less than the estimate. Now, this is the way to run a company!!!

I was very pleased with the time that Mark spent explaining exactly what was going to happen when working with my insurance company and he was there through the entire inspection with the adjuster. Once everyone agreed on needed supplies and we agreed on a price they were able to finish by the end of the week. I had heard horor stories about roofing companies tearing yards up and leaving debris everywhere but I haven't found a nail to this day. Very professional team that's obviously worked with Mark for a long time which says a lot about his company. I have and would definately recommend New Image Roofing again who wants excellent quality honest work at a fair price. I say honest in that he will not commit insurance fraud which is part of the reason I hired him. Honesty is worth volumes to me and says a lot about a persons character

Excellent! Anuar and Julio were very courteous and professional when they came out to quote and go over the contract. The crew that did the work were very careful of my shrubs around the house and put tarps down to keep the debris from getting all over the yard. They kept the scheduled date and time exactly as they said in their quote. The job looks great and only took one day, including a very thorough clean up. The price was very competitive and I am impressed with everything they did. I will definitely hired them again in the future when the need arises.
