"Twin City Home Remodeling replaced all 20 windows, which were original windows in our 1961 house. They also replaced the front entry door and screen door. We couldn't be happier with the windows, front door, and screen door that were installed by Steve, the installer. We were also very impressed by the painting of the wood trim around the windows, which was done by Jason. We were very happy about the time it took to complete the project, which was less than 9 days total. "This is the third time Ive had them come out. First time was 8 years ago to replace rotting wood bedroom windows. The second time was 2 yrs ago in 2017 to do custom kitchen windows. This time was in winter of 2019 - 1 bedroom, 1 living room and one large livingroom window. Our house ws new in 1992, but the windows were awful. Mold, rot and glass falling out. So we went with the best-Anderson. Those windows have held up well, so I have replaced most windows now. The salesman Tim is very helpful. The installers are professional and quick and clean up afterwards. Last time it was winter and I hid in bedroom watchng tv with the dogs. The room stayed warm and they were done in no time. It is a crew of 4 so its done fast. They are polite and hardworking. I do not understand the bad reviews at all. After I experience with windows I only wanted the best.show more

"They were incredible. Joe was a part of both jobs. He was either here or readily available at all times. The exterior crew was very efficient, and yet very meticulous. Unfortunately we have woodpecker damage. They filled these areas, and after painting you can't tell there was damage. On the interior painting, they estimated 5 days and were done in 3. They did a great job of clean-up. The painting job itself was absolutely perfect. I would hire Varsity again, in a heart beat.show more

"Aztec Exteriors is fantastic! We hired them to safely scrape and repaint our older home (and install new gutters), which had some lead paint concerns. Aztec is certified in Lead Safe Practices with the EPA and State of MN, and they took the job very seriously - taking every precaution for their workers and for our home - taping windows, putting down tarp everyday, even vacuuming around the exterior at the end, etc. The end result is beautiful - we love the new paint job.
