  I called Mr. Josh about helping redo my kitchen area (after calling several other people who either didnt call me back OR gave a price that was completely out of budget). He was very respectable and quick with responding and coming out to give a quote. I had a number in my head but just knew that it was going to cost a pretty penny. YALL HE DID NOT DISAPOINT!!   So the project I am about to describe is definitely something a lot of contractors would've given up on. I had a completely sealed off half floor in my home (i.e. zero access besides a small 4ft x 3ft hole in the attic. Zack and Anthony agreed to help with this project and understood my financial constraints. Thus we split the whole project into two projects over two years. I cannot stress enough how complex and difficult this job was. We basically started at square one and had to rebuild everything in that space (joists, insulation, windows, subflooring, sheetrock, electrical, plumbing, etc). Zach and Anthony finished the job from beginning to end and even helped identify ways for me to pitch in to save on the cost of the renovation. The space was turned into an amazing additional bed and bath. The space is incredibly beautiful and well built. They also helped me out by installing the spiral staircase so that I could access the half floor. I've spent so much time with Zack and Anthony they practically feel like family. In sum, these are the guys you want to do your renovations. They think through the minute details of the project and do their work with a tremendous amount of effort and pride.   Hurricane Ida destroyed our house and what Ida didn't destroy the mold remediation team finished off. Once the roof was repaired we were in dire need of finding a good company to install the sheetrock and insulation. I did a "lot" of online research and had many providers come by to give quotes. I came across Flores Flooring and Drywall and read their many excellent reviews. Lorvin quoted me a very fair price and was able to get started right away. His crew got the job done (4,000+ sq ft house with some cathedral ceilings that required about 280 sheets of sheetrock and a ton of insulation) in 5 weeks. I prefer to pay for the materials separately so that I am sure of what I am getting, but I had them pick it up. We had them do all our sheet rock and insulation. We quickly learned that sheetrock work is "very" messy and me and the wife calmed down as we learned that Lorvin realizes the importance of satisfying the customer and truly bends over backwards to make sure you are happy with their work! He arranged to do our bedroom last so that we had a place to stay. He did a good job of covering counter doors and what furniture was left in the house as well as cleaning up at the end of the day and removing debris on a regular basis. We came to realize that he is comparable to a general contractor and does a wide range of home repair and remodeling type work. I am planning to have his crew paint all these new walls and ceilings. He also showed us many impressive pictures of bathroom remodeling jobs that he has been doing lately and we plan to get a quote from him to remodel our bathroom. In the end we were extremely happy with their work and relieved that we found a company that was so reputable and willing to do whatever it takes to pleaseshow more

  My second floor was sinking toward the middle of the house. Charlie determined what needed to be done and had his men start the process of jacking up the second floor and installing the support needed since when originally built, the load bearing walls did not have the support needed. Despite being very busy, Charlie squeezed my job in and his guys showed up on time every day till the job was done. They were respectful, never slacked off, but worked constantly and cleaned up after themselves every day before they left. They did a great job! This was a very unique and difficult problem to resolve but Charlie and his crew did it and did it well and at a very reasonable cost. I am so happy with the job they did and will definitely hire them againshow more
