- Anthony & Sylvan PoolsPerfect process. I did a lot of research on pool companies and decided on Anthony and Sylvan. Dan, the pool designer, was amazing. He designed our pool to our wishes and did not try to upsell us. From excavation to completion, our project manager kept us informed on the progress. Our project manager came by quite often to supervise the process and always sent us photos of the progress. The pool came out perfect. If I ever build a pool again, I will only choose Anthony and Sylvan. So many pool companies subcontract out and do not supervise the subcontractor’s work. Anthony and Sylvan does not do that
- Green O' Aces Pools & LandscapeAce and his team were a dream to work with from beginning to end! Prior to closing on our home, Ace came out and took measurements and discussed our wish list. A few weeks later, Ace showed us a computer rendition that showed he clearly listened to every bit of feedback we provided. We're on an average sized lot (6,720 sq ft) with a single-story home (2,462 sq ft) and we weren't looking for a huge pool or a high maintenance yard. Ace created a space consisting of a 4ft deep spool (with wet deck), a raised patio seating area, beautiful landscaping, and some turf for our dog. He matched the pavers that were already part of our existing patio, which made the yard look seamless and saved us money. In addition to the pool and landscaping, we had pavers done on the side of the house to provide easy access to the front of the house and we removed the front steps in order to widen our driveway. Not only is the workmanship impeccable, but the service and communication provided by the office and support staff is second to none. We were constantly kept informed of what was next in the process and if/when there were any unexpected changes to the schedule. The initial estimate for the whole project was 6 months - the biggest delay was waiting for approval from our HOA. Digging began 10/26/2021 and the entire project was done 03/30/2022; a whole month ahead of schedule! In contrast, other pools in our neighborhood began in July 2021 and are still not finished as of April 2022. I highly recommend Green O’Aces for anyone looking to create their own personal oasis without the stress of broken promises or miscommunication

- Anthony & Sylvan PoolsWe expected delays due to material costs or labor shortages; however, there were some trades that rescheduled last-minute or even no-showed multiple times (concrete deck forming and fire-feature specifically). Despite these delays we are satisfied with the quality of the finished product and Anthony & Sylvan staff were all friendly and professional. Nigel (sales) was friendly and came up with an awesome design for the pool, Jozlynn (scheduling) always responded promptly (sometimes even messing us directly after office hours to answer us instead of waiting until the next day), and our PM (Tom) fixed at least 2 issues himself when subs were slow to respond to callbacks. Normally a builder is responsible for choosing reliable subs and keeping on schedule and I debated a 4 start rating; however, I know the two trades with the largest delays had few options available in town and I believe A&S did the best they could. Since the only issue was delays and not quality and given the context (Covid) I don't think it's fair to blame A&S for those delays

"I have dealt with this company for many years, not regularly, as we just have a hot tub. After recently contacting the owner, he quickly sent Cane out to service our spa. He replaced seals in the motor of our hot tub. He was professional, on time, polite and very knowledgeable. Charges were minimal and I thought, very competitive. I have never had a problem with this company. They appear to be integrity driven and customer oriented. It has never been a problem of "making it right", but did it right the first visit. They probably come once a season. While visiting with the owner, he shared he had anticipated the chemical shortage during Covid. He was able to purchase enough pool chemicals to see that his regular customers had their pools serviced this past summer. Some of my friends complained their pool services did not have enough chemicals to get their usual services this summer. To me this would be a plus during these difficult times. I highly recommend this pool service company.

"Scott at Trident did a great job on our pool. We had the tile replaced and the plaster redone with Micro Fusion Pebble. He also poured a new slab to match our existing deck. "<p>I first met Gilbert (the owner) in 2010/2011. We bought a house that had a very deep pool and I am not a very tall person. I contacted several companies and many told me that there is nothing that can be done to raise the pool floor, especially since I have in-floor pool cleaners. Fiesta Pools & Spas told me that they could help me and they told me exactly how they would do it, which included raising up the in-floor cleaning pipes as well. </p>
<p>We had several design consultations and when the designs and price were finally agreed upon, they immediately began work. The price, I also felt was fair, as it was a lot of work. We not only had 3/4 of the pool floor raised, we removed a lot of unneeded concrete and added fountains, jets, added a wall and fixed the slide and rock feature. The entire project took a few months, but all of the workers were considerate and tried to keep the mess to a minimum. Gilbert did everything that he said he would do and in my opinion more. The pool turned out exactly the way that we wanted and it has been wonderful to use for the last 4 years!</p>
<p>Since then, I have called on Gilbert many times to help me with pool related issues (such as my pool solar). He did not install the pool solar for me, but he is ALWAYS willing to help me out. He is the most reliable and dependable person that I know I can always count on. I feel that his prices are more than fair and that he is a good and honest person. He has never tried to talk me into more than I want to do.</p>
<p>I do not know what I would do if Gilbert ever retired. He really is my "go to" person in all things pool related. I would (and do) recommend him to anyone that needs a new pool or a pool remodel. I have 4 years of experience with him and he is wonderful!</p>

"My wife and I started our backyard project towards the end of 2019 with Green O'Aces and could not have been happier. We purchased our house with a dirt lot in the backyard with plans for installing a pool, patio, pavers, etc. I had done a lot of research and we met with many many contractors, but we never felt comfortable with any of them; something just seemed a bit off. "BND just finished plastering our pool. This was our first experience with the renovation of an old pool. We asked our pool service company to recommend a reliable company to perform the renovation. They said that they would not recommend anyone other than BND.....and, I am grateful for the referral. The BND managers and skilled workers were very professional from our first meeting with their sales representative to the manager who assisted with pool start up following completion of the plastering.
