Between him and Kyle, all of the details where taken care of. The two main contractors that did the majority of the build were Mike and James. I can't say enough good things about their work. They were friendly, courteous, and one could definitely see the years of experience they had. The people at Integrated Outdoor Designs are not only experts at constructing one of a kind outdoor builds, but they take care of everything for you...from permits to setting up appointments with contractors to getting materials. They also did a fabulous job in cleaning after themselves when they were done. I now have the perfect, bright, and cozy place to relax and enjoy the outdoors without having to worry about the heat. My cats are also having a great time exploring the new addition and climbing on the cat shelves that were customed built just for them. Over the years we have had quite a bit of work done in our homes, John, Justin and the whole team at Reyven Contracting were fantastic. This was the first experience where i never felt like i was being pressured into making costly decisions, which in the end would benefit the contractor. During the entire project which was several weeks of construction both John and Justin were at our house almost daily making sure any questions or concerns we had were quickly resolved. The whole team was amazing when they were at our home, we have a newborn and the team was great at taking breaks when our son was going down for naps. The most impressive aspect to me was how transparent John and Justin were with material costs and when the price on different materials was changing. With other contractors we have worked with this was definitely not the case. The last aspect that really sets Reyven contracting apart is their commitment to quality. While the team was cleaning up they ran across some imperfections in the patio, at their own cost they have corrected those imperfections. - Integrity Roofing & SidingI called this company hoping to get an estimate on windows, gutters, and some remodeling I needed done. They did not respond to my initial message, so I called again. This time I spoke to someone and made an appointment for Ed to come to my home that Friday evening to give me an estimate. I stayed home Friday, but Ed did not show up or call. I called the company the next day and left a message telling them Ed had not showed up and asking them to call me and reschedule. When I again got no response, I called again on Tuesday and left a message requesting a callback. I did not hear anything, so wrote an Angie's List report. After they saw the report, they contacted me by e-mail and rescheduled. They apparently had the wrong home phone number for me, but I gave them my mother's number on some of my messages (as she is more available) and they did not call that, either. At any rate, Ed did show up at the time of our rescheduled appointment. He had some concerns about the remodeling I wanted to do, and discouraged me from proceeding. I think these problems could probably be overcome...other contractors seemed to have no problem with them. So I got the impression that they did not really want my job. I am still awaiting the estimates. I received the estimate after a couple of weeks and it was approximately two times higher than any other estimate I received. I will not be using this company to do the work

"We were EXTREMELY happy with the work done by Larry and his team. What started as a plan to replace a few windows turned into a rather large project of replacing all the windows and re-siding the entire house. We shopped around prior to going with First Place Windows and found Larry's quote to be the best value, but more importantly we trusted him and found him to be far more knowledgeable than the other folks we visited with. Larry offered excellent suggestions and the final product far exceeded our expectations. He encouraged us to think outside the box on a few things and we are happy he did - Larry's input was spot on. I don't normally write reviews, but when a company goes above and beyond and the attention to detail is off the charts good - then they deserve it. We are very grateful for Larry and what he did for us. We've since had him do a 2nd project (yes I'm writing a review for that one too) and are now working on a 3rd project with him which is a cabin in west Texas. He was punctual, finished the job quickly, did a great job communicating during the process, and his work was excellent.
