  In the middle of the pandemic, we decided to remodel our kitchen and we chose Alex Feddi Construction! Working with them was great!! We are so happy with the results - the kitchen is so beautiful and functional and we have had no issues since the job was completed almost a year later! Gary (the project manager), the contractors and the designer were wonderful to work with, they showed up on time and left things picked up and clean and followed through on all parts of the remodel. Everything was done when they promised and the quality of the work is excellent! They removed a fireplace in the kitchen and that was the best part of the remodel - done quickly and completely, removing all the bricks, giving us an open kitchen that is much larger. There were two minor things that went wrong and they made them right and even reimbursed us for the cost to fix the issues! We would highly recommend this company for any kitchen remodelshow more

  We hired Alex and team to remodel both our kitchen and primary bathroom. Overall, it was a smooth process and the whole team executed great work. We started the process working with one of his fantastic designers - Kathryn - while working the bulk of our time with Gary, his general contractor. Gary was a delight - always punctual, communicative, hired the best set of electricians, painters, plumbers, carpenters, tile person, etc. He kept us up to date on the timeline as well as brought us along on each step of the way never completing a task until he ran it by us first to make sure we were in agreement. Kathryn was equally amazing - patient, had a great eye and gave us ideas we never would have thought of on our own. My only piece of feedback would be that towards the end of the project, we could have been better kept in the loop on the extras that were purchased that were part of our bill to help complete the project. Those were outside the labor estimate and communication could have been more clear on what the final bill would look like. However, I would hire Alex and his team again in a heartbeat and have recommended Alex to most of our neighbors as well as close friends and co-workers.   Outstanding result! Meticulous was extremely professional from start to finish. Estimator came and had an excellent approach - didn't try to upsell - just advised us of all our options. At the time of the job, plumber Joe was very communicative and offered solutions that actually saved a significant amount over agreed estimate (when does that ever happen?)!   I can't say enough good things about the exceptional service Josh and his colleague provided on their visit to my home. There were two faucets in bathrooms to replace, a rocking toilet they fix, and moved an outdoor faucet over a couple of feet from it's old location. A fixed price was quoted for these tasks that was fair and within the range I expected after they covered the options available. Josh and his colleague started their work promptly, worked steadily, explained what they were doing clearly and why, and cleaned work areas well after completing the work. I really appreciate the willingness of the two men to mask up while in the house, and their consideration for the one cat who eluded capture to put in a room away from the activity, taking care to close the door to the room she was in while working in the area. The work was easy to schedule and the office staff make sure I knew who was arriving and when. Josh and his colleague were friendly, willing to explain their work, showed up with the right equipment and tools to do the work, walked through all that had been done afterwards to make sure I was satisfied, and explained clearly what I needed to do afterwards. The entire process from beginning to end was great. I look for companies with Angi's List Super Service awards when deciding which companies to contact, and Meticulous Plumbing's service didn't disappoint. I will definitely use them again if I have any plumbing needsshow more

  We hired Let's Remodel to do a simultaneous remodel of two of our bathrooms. This was our first time working with a design/build company and to say we were nervous would be an understatement. It turns out we had nothing to worry about. Pavel and Paulina, the owners, were so supportive of our vision and helped turn our pile of inspiration photos into a workable design. The office staff, Lauren and Micaela, were always easy to reach if we had questions or requests. The subcontractors were all punctual and hard working. The work space was always tided up at the end of the day. If we had any questions or concerns they were dealt with in a timely fashion. I feel like we need to give special recognition to Igor, our tile installer. We had asked for fairly complex tile designs for both bathrooms and Igor nailed it! His meticulous attention to detail and "nose to the grindstone" work ethic were nothing short of astounding. If you're considering a project that calls for top notch tile work you can't go wrong with Let's Remodel. From the first day of demo to the final paint touch ups, our project took just shy of nine months. Given the scale of the job and the Covid factor this felt completely reasonable. The budgeting was straight forward and accurate. Our final total was with about a thousand dollars of the original estimate. The online portal was extremely helpful for progress tracking. We could check on everything from work scheduling to fixture selections to reviewing our itemized invoice. We could even make payments via wire transfer. To sum up, our experience with Let's Remodel and their whole staff was beyond our expectation. If you are looking for a design/build firm to help you with a complex remodel project in your home I can not recommend them enoughshow more

  Very well. All suppliers and equipment of high quality. The electricians and plumber timing was well coordinated with the new custom island in kitchen. Sink design was not what I had in mind and everything was rebuilt and replaced without question.
